The experience I had with the Support

The experience I had with the support was just at another lever compare to any other I had to deal with.
Today was with Donna, but the 3 of them I had been in contact are amazing.
Quick, clear and super efficient.
The App is also really very good.

Aggiornamento tracking fermo 13 giorni fa!

Tracking dell'ordine fermo e non aggiornato dal 3 dicembre! 13 giorni in cui non si sa che fine ha fatto un ordine inviato il 24 novembre! Servizio pessimo assolutamente non consigliato, do 1 stella perché purtroppo non se ne possono mettere 0!

Terrible Counting System. You must know before purchasing

Normally, I always try to point out positive things about companies as we understand the negative reviews.

This app is absolutely best for tracking as compared trackingmore however their counting system is terrible.
For eg, if u have purchased 200 quote plan which we did, and you received total 220 orders including all the cancelled orders, failed orders, pending and some fake order which we do as testing, they will count. For this sole reason, we had to switch to trackingmore because their counting system calculated based on the awb assigned to the orders.

In this case, you should have contacted our customer service team immediately after realizing the issue so that we could help resolve it quickly.

Admittedly, the order calculation issue is somewhat due to how we use the Shopify Order Tracking API. That's because ParcelPanel's development team strives to ensure real-time order synchronization.

ParcelPanel Order Tracking has many advantages over other Shopify order tracking apps because:
① "1 order = 1 quota" - This is extremely cost-effective if you have many split shipments — no matter how many shipments you have in 1 order, only 1 quota will be consumed.

Extremely helpful support

I was very happy with the tech support who helped me out in setting up the plugin for me and also answered all the silly questions that I had and explained a few extra things as well to help me manage the orders and other stuff on woocommerce, appreciate the above and beyond attitude.
