Greedy! PMS color has been in Adobe produces forever. In fact one could say they only exist because of Adobe and the designers that use it. I for one will never use their services again. Quark did this type of crap for years and the people that used their products couldn't wait till something better came along and it did. Now Quark has gone the way of the dodo. I hope they do the same!

I am required to use the Pantone connect app and it is one of the worst designed pieces of software I have ever encountered. We actually avoid using newer Pantone colours because it’s 100x easier to use the old colour books system rather than struggling with the Pantone connect app.

Cancelled my paid order after a week of 'processing'.

Way to be disgusting corporate greed monsters ! started putting a paywall on their solid coated colors which I need in order to color match my designs to mix inks for screen printing as company's are often unsure of what their color is. This is going to cost me thousands of dollars and 100% not worth $21 a month. pantone and adobe. Will never purchase anything from them again. If 0 stars was an option that's what I would choose.

Rich company that will suck the soul out of everything it touches and leave the world in a state of black and white if they can't survive as a company due to bad decisions.

This company charges for colors (!), then suddenly turns them black and demands 15 USD/month to restore them in files you already created (!!).

i bought their headphones and the best thing they do is connect to the pc.

They recently updated their website changing the layout and making it more confusing. What's worse however is that they added a paywall to use basic features that have otherwise been free. Want to look up a color? That'll be 7$. Want to convert a colour? That'll be 7$. Want to make a palette? That'll be 7$.

Yes, I realize that it's 7$ a month and not per item to do any/all of these things. However, I cannot justify those costs to paywall me at step 0. They know damn well that people will still need to get colour cards and anything else made, so this is pretty slimy. It's just another hand into my wallet for no god damn reason, they already charge enough as it is.

Since they implemented this I've seen dozens of websites cropping up that offer the service they used to for free, so yah I'll go there. I mean there have even been fiverr gigs cropping up offering this same service at 5$ a pop which is still cheaper if you only need 1 colour looked up. It's very distasteful no matter which way you look at it.

Something is not right. They accepted order. Sent email with order number. I requested 2 day shipping because I have a deadline. They sent an email saying my cc was flagged and that I would have to wire transfer money. So I had my girlfriend order it for me - same thing happened to her. I called them and they gave me the run-around. Not good. Something is not right.

I purchased (through a third party) a Pantone Coated Chip book, costing nearly £400.00.

The lever arch file has broken in less than 6 months and their customer service department - who didn't bother picking up the telephone for 2 days - have refused to replace the file because I didn't purchase it directly from them.

A picture has been sent to the customer service department clearly displaying the faulty product. It is not fit for purpose.

The folder is clearly branded 'Pantone' and not any other brand.

You cannot purchase these 3-ring lever arch files anywhere else in the UK, so we are now stuck with a very expensive product that cannot be used without all of the swatches falling out of the file.

Appalling service. Avoid using this company.
