We had a difficult decision to make regarding joining friends on the cruise ship Aramara Pursuit leaving Singapore for a one week cruise to Hong Kong in February 2027.
As we need to consider the welfare of our elderly parents it is important that we ensure we choose the right Cruise operator and arrange adequate insurance cover should the need arise to return home or even have to cancel the trip altogether due to illness etc.

Ultimately of course the decision is ours and Panache can only give guidance on this issue.
Our cruise connoisseur Elitsa Nixon was exemplary in helping us select this cruise and hotel accommodation to suit our situation.
She was was extremely patient and helpful whilst we tried to reach the right decision.
I am happy to say that our cruise with Panache is now booked and we look forward to joining our friends on board the Pursuit in Singapore in February.

We have dealt with Panache Cruises (Jill Hurst) for a number of Silver Sea Cruises and without fail, Jill continues to handle our requirements and bookings with expertise, efficiency and very friendly. Nothing is a problem, even going the extra mile when she is supposed to be off duty. We have no reason at all to use any other Cruise or Vacation agent for our luxury cruises.
