I recently had surgery and needed help in my flat during my recovery. Oxford Aunts were fantastic. At relatively short notice I had an assessment and within days had carers visiting me. The carers were amazing, kind, thoughtful and provided all the support I needed. The service is flexible in terms of the care they provide and the frequency of visits. I'm not sure how I would have managed without them. I would highly recommend them.

Provided a fantastic service which was completely considerate of my Dad. The team gave me total confidence that I could go away and Dad would be in the best of hands. Would completely recommend to anybody.

We contacted Oxford Aunts as they had been recommended. We started off with a live in carer for our 98 year old mum who had been unwell. A super carer, so kind, kept mum's house really clean and tidy. Mum improved and decided she could change to 3 visit daily care instead. She has several ladies who visit who are all extremely friendly, attentive and arrive on time.
We are extremely happy with the care and organisation of Oxford Aunts.

We have had fantastic service - full of compassion and also highly reliable and responsive to the changing circumstances as our parents age. I expected some continuity in the carers who arrive twice weekly now, initially twice, and have seen litle (one has come twice). I realise that I'm awkward in the way of changing times, etc.
The level of house-keeping is below what I expected, eg, clothes on a drying rack folded over one rail rather than over two or more; and lack of Critical Path Analysis---and I thought I'd indicated that after running the clothes washer, I was hungry for lunch (past 2pm) rather tan the ironing of dried clothes which would still have cleared the drying racks in good time if done after lunch.
But a succession of capable, cheerful, and amenable carers who c are helping me get over (adapt to) my problems.

Oxford Aunts were so helpful from the very first phone call. They went out of their way to help us and Emily was just wonderful looking after my mother-in-law on my daughter’s wedding day. Wound have absolutely no hesitation in using them again.

I am a short term client of Oxford Aunts due to an injury.
I have been tremendously impressed with the efficiency of the whole organisation involving my care.
The admin, the assessment process and the care itself has been wonderful and extremely helpful.
It is wonderful to have a friendly, efficient person in the house for an hour twice a week to help both practically and also mentally just by being there and chatting.
The staff I have met have all been really lovely.

The care given by Kelly is beyond excellence, always comforting, very professional, nothing is too much trouble. She looks after all needs, and is a credit to Oxford Aunts. The training given by Oxford Aunts is beyond exemplary, judging by how Kelly performs her care duties. If anyone is looking for not just a good, but a company that believes in excellence and cares about their clients 110%, then i would recommend Oxford Aunts to anyone, as they would get exceptional care.

Oxford Aunts are fantastic…my mum has dementia and they are very caring and professional, always communicating with me. I would highly recommend their help 🙂 so reassuring to know you can rely on them when I’m not there.

With very little notice Oxford Aunts found me a great carer for a short spell after I’d had major surgery. The home check and all dealings with them were pleasant and efficient
