A genuine "Ownage" experience
It's a gamble. There are no clear delivery dates and no guarantee that you'll ever receive your item. The worst it the support - all you have is an email address that may reply in a week or two, sometimes never. It's been 3 months since my order was supposed to be "shipped", however the status hasn't changed since then and I have no feedback whatsoever. This is my first and last attempt to support creator "Nellies Nest".
Incompetent quality control
Ordered two plushies. They did not come in until a year later and when they did one was wrong. I contacted their support but did not get a reply until I contacted them through twitter and Shopify almost a week later. When they did reply they explained they got the plushies mixed up because they had similar names. They offered me a refund but this was very unprofessional. I asked them if they would ever get restocks but they said no because the creator no longer works with them which seems to be a common occurrence with collaborators.
TL;DR
Late delivery, late customer service, bad quality control. I was at least given a refund but they don’t seem to give much thought in shipping

Dann solange nichts passiert, dass ich es schon fast vergessen hatte. Auf Nachfrage gab es dann wochenlang keine Antwort, dann kam am 14.7. eine Sendungsnummer.

Update:
Nach der Bewertung bekam ich einen Hinweis zur Sendeverfolgung, die dieses Mal sogar funktionierte.
am 14.7. wurde das Label erstellt.
am 17.7. war das Paket in Cypress CA
am 24.7. und am 25.7 hatte das Paket es bereits nach Essen, beziehungsweise Dortmund geschafft ...
am 28.7. war es dann in unserem Verteilerzentrum und von da aus ging es dann nach Neuenstein, Essen und irgendwann dann Rotterdam, wo es seit dem 15.8. liegt.
Laut GLS ist es am 15.8. (in Rotterdam) angekommen, die Signatur ist nicht einsehbar.
Laut GLS Deutschland wurde eine Zustellung versucht und es dann gelagert.
Leider wurde keine Karte oder irgendein anderer Hinweis auf das Paket hinterlassen, sodass es nicht abgeholt werden konnte. Was nun nicht die Schuld von Ownaj ist.
Zusammenfassend (und ohne auf den Paketdienst einzugehen) kann man sagen:
Unglaublich lange Bestellzeiten (2024 bestellt und im Juli, genau am Tag der Anfrage, wurde das Label erstellt?)
Ich werde da nie wieder irgendetwas kaufen und werde das auch nicht empfehlen.
Ich hoffe, dass ich wenigstens, wenn (oder falls?) die Retour irgendwann mal eintrifft, mein Geld zurückbekomme. (Über Paypal sind leider alle Fristen verstrichen)

I got the plush but...
Before ordering I looked here and I was scared at the quantity of people that didn't receive their order.
But I really wanted that plush (Alfa995's Queen Plush) so I ordered it anyway. (I would have bought 3 if I had the assurance they would arrive and I wasn't throwing my money away.
So I waited and it actually delivered in the estimated date.
I got my plush, it's amazing, was really happy. I think it's a really high quality plush (not like youtootz), but then I noticed it was quite noticeably mis-seamed.
I fixed most of the wrinkles stuffing if with paper but the part of the hair and ears are not seamed like straight like this ----- but obliqual like \ and that's one big issue.
Plus another seams related issue that creates an unfixable wrinkle on the top (because not seamed correctly), I spent hours triyn to stretch it but it won't go away. I believe it's from a production mistake, I can't know if they were all made like that because I only got one.
So it has a pretty big impact on a plush that wound otherwise be pretty perfect.
NIEMALS dort bestellen!
Habe um die Weihnachtszeit 2024 dort ein Plüschtier vorbestellt, Shipping soll "April 2025" starten. Wir haben den 14.07.2025 und es passiert nichts. Auf die regelmäßigen Mails kommt immer eine andere Begründung, warum die Produktion nicht vorangeht. Die "Influencer", welche die Produkte von Ownaj bewerben, machen ebenfalls keinen Einfluss geltend und decken dieses unseriöse Verhalten (Stichwort: Gooseduck). Einmal, nie wieder!

Es un estafa. Aparentemente es un página fiable, pero no envían nada. No utilizar bajo ningún concepto.
Plushie never delivered & poor communication
A plushie I ordered was never delivered and upon trying to troubleshoot this, I was met with incredibly slow response times. I had to follow up multiple times to receive a response unfortunately, and decisions regarding the product I ordered were made without my involvement or consultation.
Business owner is unprofessional and research into this shows an alarmingly large number of people have also faced the same issues.
Betrüger
Betrüger! Hatte im September 2024 ein Plüschtier vorbestellt. Spätestens Weihnachten 2024 sollte es da sein. Dann hieß es bis Mitte Januar 2025. Dann kam keine Antwort mehr. Habe dann einen Konfliktfall bei PayPal eröffnet. Darauf hin hat Ownaj meine Bestellung einfach storniert und sich geweigert mir mein Geld nicht rückerstattet. Ich sollte den Konfliktfall bei PayPal schließen um mein Geld oder meine Ware zu bekommen! Erpressung nennt man sowas auch! Habe den Fall jetzt an PayPal übergeben und hoffe ich bekomme mein Geld zurück! Absolute Frechheit.

Scamming company that takes 3000 orders and never ships…
Placed an order back in September for plushies that were to ship in December. They never did. The host said they'd ship in January. They never did. Then they said they'd ship in February, and no word. I finally fave up and filed a dispute with my payment method and they immediately refunded me, telling me this is a scam company.

Badly delayed, but finally arrived
A mat from Florkofcows was delayed many months - I believe it had to be shipped in July at first, then Ownaj was changing the date several times up to October (so bad the information could only be checked on the item's webpage, no info about the delay via email). Finally in November I contacted support. To my surprise they replied very quickly ensuring me the parcel would be sent soon. And they actually sent me it in the following days providing tracking number.
It was worth waiting, the mat is of great quality.

My first package was lost but when I contacted Ownaj they were very kind and resent my order, I really like that.
Great experience all around
Overall I had a really good experience with Ownaj as a customer. One thing I had an issue with was the time it took for my order to arrive, however I think that's got more to do with the delivery company than anything, also the customer support is excellent and quick!
