Have been to Coral bay the last 3 years, going this year in October, everytime staying at one of Lisa and Felixes propertys.
Cannot highly recommend them enough, great villas, spacious, clean and most importantly a pool to cool off in.
Lisa and Felix only a quick phone call away if any problems should arise.
Villas all located walking distance from strip and beach.
Cannot wait to get back this year.
Great for all my family.

This was our 2nd time staying in one of Lisa & Felix’s villas, & we were not disappointed. The villa has everything you need including items like a sewing kit to hair straighteners! It was really clean & beds changed the 2nd week. The pool was amazing. The villa lovely & big too so plenty of room for the 6 of us. There was a lovely welcome pack on arrival and Lisa kindly sorted our taxi transfers out.
We were close to the legends bar, beach and main strip was only a 10/15 minute walk. Also close to bus stop, so a car is not really needed. Now booked for a third year as loved it so much. The Sense beach bar was a lovely place to visit and there was even a bus stop right near this, well worth a visit or two there.

This was the second time we were lucky enough to book a villa in Coral Bay with this company.
Communication with Lisa is always great and they go above and beyond to make your experience a positive one.
We arrived quite late and the villa was lit up and welcoming, it was very clean and there was a welcome pack in the fridge.
Absolutely beautiful villa, spacious with comfortable beds and sofas.
The villa has fantastic views and it is a quiet area but still close to all restaurants.
We hired a car again so we could visit more of the island but guests could easily stay in the villa as it is such a lovely place to be.
Highly recommended this company to book your holiday through.

Clean, everything ready when we got there. Friendly helpful service from hosts Lisa and Felix. Nothing was too much trouble.

We’ve booked several villas with Lisa and Felix and never been disappointed. The booking process is always simple and straight forward, any queries are always dealt with promptly by Lisa. She was also happy to arrange our transfers from and to the airport.
The villas are always clean and well equipped. The water cooler was also an added bonus when we recently spent a week in Cyprus.The welcome pack is always appreciated too, especially when coming in on a late flight.
The pools in the villas are always a good size and kept clean and tidy by Felix.
Villas are always in a great location for the shops, bars, beach, bus etc.
I would definitely recommend using Lisa and Felix

Last year, instead of doing an expensive holiday package, we decided to try a holiday property rental. Lisa and Felix did not disappoint. The town house was just amazing. It was conveniently located close to the beaches, restaurants and bars, and supermarkets.
The property was equipped with everything you would need for a self catering holiday, plus more. It was well maintained,clean and comfortable.
I would highly recommend going to see for yourselves.

5 star service from Felix and Lisa. We first booked with them 7 years ago in a 3 bedroom villa. Last time we stayed at Bay View Villa in June and September. Couldn't fault our time at the Villa. They arranged a taxi to and from the airport. There was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us. The villa was clean and there was a good size swimming pool, which was well maintained. Felix and Lisa were only a phone call away for any issues we had and were solved straight away. No issues at all booking with them. Can't wait to return next year.

We’ve stayed in numerous villas, booked through Oversee Property in the Coral Bay Area and they’re the best agents around. No question. Their properties are always spotless and superbly equipped and maintained, pools cleaned regularly. The booking process is always very easy, Lisa is a pleasure to deal with and will always offer great advice during the booking process, leading up to your holiday and while you’re staying at their property. We were given a great discount on car hire from Lisa through a local company Oversee have partnered with too and there are other discounts for restaurants and day trips available , all information supplied at your holiday villa. I wouldn’t book through anyone else for holiday villa rental in Coral Bay Area

We have used Lisa a Felix for booking our Villas for a number of years now and would definitely recommend them.
The booking is extremely easy with very prompt replies.
The welcome pack they supply at their Villas is great especially if you arrive on a late flight and can’t get to a supermarket.
Felix deals with all maintenance issues and you can always contact him if you have any problems
We already have two different Villas booked with Lisa for next year and would never think of using anyone else for our Villa holidays in Cyprus

We have been staying in Overseeproperty villas for the past 5 years. We have stayed in 4 different villas so far and I can’t rate highly enough the trust we have in knowing that the villa we book will be perfect for us. We always receive great, timely communication prior to and during our holiday from Lisa. There is always a welcome pack waiting for our arrival. All villas are spotless, fully equipped and the pool is cleaned throughout our stay. We have had many late checkouts and on the one occasion another guest was due to arrive Lisa organised alternative accommodation for us. We are looking forward to staying in another villa later this year.

I have stayed at a number of different villas managed by Lisa and Felix and have been very happy. From booking through to the actual stay, Lisa is very prompt responding to any queries and Felix also deals with any maintenance issues quickly. All the villas are within easy reach of Coral Bay and I enjoy staying in a different villa each time but being in a familiar area. The welcome pack is indeed very welcome! U2 cars are excellent, as is Panikos and his taxi. I have no hesitation in recommending Oversee Property.

Always use oversee for our villas. Been going with Felix and Lisa for 6 or 7 years now, always immaculate on arrival, and always responds to our(often many) questions. I couldn't see us renting from anyone else, and always have a welcome pack, which is brilliant for our late arrival. They also sorted us out with u2 cars, who have also been great, the villas themselves are very clean and pools are a godsend.
Hopefully (God willing, ),we'll have many more years using their villas. 5 star x

Dealing with Lisa is so straightforward and nothing is too much trouble,helps with car hire,taxis etc.Always prompt with her replies and if there are any problems at the villa Felix’s is around promptly.A joy to deal with.

We've been using Lisa and felix's villas for a number of years now and love the variety of staying in a different one each time, around coral bay. Every villa has been perfect for us. From the booking process through to our holiday, Lisa is very prompt with any enquiry. The welcome pack is exactly that, welcome, especially when arriving late! Any minor problem we've had during our stay, has been dealt with promptly by felix and much appreciated. We've always found the villas to be spotlessly clean and cleaning products are readily available. Beds and sofas are comfortable. The few nights we stay in, the air conditioning has been great and every villa we've used has access to UK channels on the telly. We also bring our firestick with us to access Netflix etc. Lisa has always been great with us and very flexible when our flight times have been changed, especially at short notice and extremely flexible with us during the covid years! There's also been the added bonus of been allowed to stay past the checkout time, if no one else has been arriving the same day, which is really handy when we have a late flight back home. All in all i can't recommend these villas enough!
