Our unit was clean and the furniture was nice. Customer service was slow however. We were missing a spatula and I had to call 4 times before one was delivered. Hungry kids waiting an hour and a half was not ideal. Our BBQ also never worked. After waiting 2 hours for service, we eventually decided to fry our burgers. Not deal breakers but pretty inconvenient and annoying. The pool and wave pool were a hit.

This was a beautiful place for our group of 16. Several of our family had mobility issues, so it was nice to have several bedrooms in n the first floor. This home was very clean and all bedrooms were comfortable and private. We enjoyed the the Karoke room, fitness room, the theater room and the pool area. We were impressed with the laundry rooms and the spacious kitchen. We look forward to coming back again.

We had an amazing stay celebrating my daughter’s birthday! The house was extremely clean and had so much space for our family to relax, play games, and enjoy time together. The game room was a big hit, and the heated pool was absolutely perfect we spent a lot of time there and had a great time.

My daughter’s favorite part was the Minnie Mouse room she loved it so much and talked about it the entire trip. We did have a small issue with the water pipes, but it was handled quickly and professionally; someone came out within 30 minutes and fixed it right away.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this home for families looking to make special memories.

Honestly I didn’t know what to expect when my family booked a villatel home, but I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of communal spaces and private spaces. I was able to enjoy family time while also having my own private time. The home was really clean and met most of our needs. I loved the multiple game rooms, home gym and option to add on the heated pool which we did take advantage of. I also appreciated the televisions in the bedrooms. The kitchen had enough items for me to make brunch for my family. The internet was easy to access and if we had any questions, the staff got back to us within a reasonable time frame. I’d book an home again as we also felt secure in the community too.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a few things that needed to be repaired and they were addressed in a timely manner.

The house was truly amazing! A kid’s paradise! Only downside was the pool was not heated, after 3 attempts.

Villatel met all of our expectations, great facility, safety, and house hit 5 stars! Would highly recommend the Enchanted Escape House! Whole family loved the rooms, pool, and the game room was a hit! Don't wait and book your family trip!

The house was absolutely stunning. The house was everything & I appreciated each room having a bathroom. Only complaint was the pool was paid to be heated & the first day it was not. The owners came the next day & fixed the issue.

The place was amazing. Better than I could ever imagine. The house had all the amenities we needed so we rarely left the place and enjoyed every minute of it.

Very great experience. My family and myself were sad to leave because we loved it so much! We will definitely be back again!

We stayed at the Sporty Sanctuary for a week and loved it. The house was nice and clean with plenty of space and activities to keep the kids entertained for days. We did have an issue with our pool heat but Villatel was responsive and tried very hard to solve the problem I would absolutely stay with Villatel again!

Stayed in villatel village home in Orlando, it was beautiful action packed and clean, great location with plenty of shopping and food options and theme parks not far away, definitely recommend

This is my 4th stay at Villatel. The community and homes are top of the line. Amenities are above and beyond. Unfortunately this time around there were a few things that need attention. The pool and spa are was overgrown with weeds as well as the concrete being broken and jagged around the edge of the hot tub. The towel racks in all the rooms were falling off the walls. Our main refrigerator was broken for our entire stay. All though they did bring in a backup unit. At some point there was a fire or overheat issue on the upstairs dryer and it did not work as well as the entire sides of the units being soot covered. The stay was great but details that need to be addressed.

Incredible vacation home in a beautiful community. Perfect for a family get away. Spent 1 day at Disney and 3 days in the house. With pool and spa, arcades, lazy river and resort pool all right there, no one felt bored. 5 star quality at the Cosmic Cavern house!

Trip was a boys getaway to see the Buccaneers game.
The house was exactly as the pictures show on the website. House was spacious and clean. All 8 of us having our own bedroom and bathroom was fantastic.
Cheaper than a hotel. The pool and hot tub were great.
Enjoyed the game room, pool table and the outdoor ping pong and foosball tables. Hours of fun!
The theater room made watching Sunday and Monday night football awesome.
We did have a few minor issues that were addressed within the hour.
Only real negative remarks would be, the house has to have a real knife to slice and cut with and a larger fry pan. I mean the house holds 26 people.
Also the grill was a disgrace. They did send someone to clean the grill, there was no brush for us to self clean.
The next day half the burners didn't work.
Someone needs to be on top of the grill area at this home.
However, all and all was a fantastic stay and we are talking about coming back next year.

My family's stay was great as usual. 11 bedrooms with their own bathroom was perfect! Beds were very comfortable! We will be back again.

Our family stay was awesome. The whole house was clean and ready for us. When we had questions, the service was 100% and everyone was super responsive. I am definitely planning on coming back!!

We really had a wonderful experience. The house was spacious and clean, and so beautifully decorated. My kids loved the game room and used it a whole bunch. Having all those extra bathrooms was great and everyone enjoyed the pool. We would’ve liked more toiletries and toilet paper in the bathroom, paper towel in the kitchen, etc. but the description was very clear about how much we were going to get, so we brought along extra. O We were sorry we couldn’t stay longer - definitely plan to be back.
