Looking to save some money, I chose a reboxed Thule Top Deck kayak carrier. Everything was included in the kit and in immaculate condition. Outdoor Play is my go to for all my white water and paddlesport needs. Very professional with great support and quick shipping.

Outdoorplay had the sprayskirt and cockpit cover that was the correct size for my new kayak. I was unable to get them locally. The website enabled me to select the correct size and I received both within a few days. I appreciated the thoroughness of the website as well as the variety of selections.

I have bought quite a few rafting supplies and accessories from these guys and the orders have arrived promptly and nothing has ever been incorrect. I’m extremely satisfied with them and would recommend Outdoorplay to anyone and everyone!

Ordered a 2 piece carbon paddle to use with my new kayak. Planned an outing but no paddle for over a week, tracking showed it still at vendor. It literally was being shipped from a local supply. Contacted company and company asked to cancel or ship same day. Had run around with Ai chatbotbof course...but finely got paddle into the shipped mode.bit didn't arrive in time for my trip. Had to borrow. The paddle however is awesome and recommended.
Outdoorplay needs to get stuff into the mail same day or next to stay competitive with other vendors. Not shipping for over a week is not going to be successful.

So far so good. The paddle is light, easy connection system with a variety of feathering angles which I haven't even used. Blade seems durable and catches a sufficient amount of water.

Outdoorgear usually has the best prices on good gear and service is great as well. Win/win!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I bought a kayak from Outdoorplay on their website. The delivery time was critical to me since I needed this item to be delivered before my trip starts. I was fooled by good reviews and communicatiin with a customer service representative assuring me that they have expedited delivery options. I payed $60+ for 2-day delivery by air. I placed my order on Saturday. On Tuesday I contacted the customer service to find out the status since I did not get any updates. The response was quick by email saying that assuming my expedited delivery choice it is not normal not to get a notification of shipment by that time. They promised to push the delivery. On Wednesday I got an update in the Shop app that my item had been shipped. The UPS tracking number was provided. I followed the progress all day and later received a notification that the item was delivered. My order was fulfilled. The only problem was that it was delivered not to my address. The item was shipped to a different state. I spent hours on the phone with UPS to find out that the seller shipped the item to their own facility in NV instead of my address in CA. I payed for 2 day delivery and after 4 business days the item has not been delivered. Stay away from this reseller and deal with real manufactured of the merchandise.

I have purchased multiple items for my kayaking obsession from Outdoorplay. From water gloves to towing ropes. My best purchase so far has been the NRS Women's Paddle Wetshoes (size 10). These shoes were great for kayaking. They fit my wide feet well and kept the water out. They were easy to walk in and felt comfortable while kayaking for hours. A bonus is that they zipped over the bottom part of my wetsuit without feeling too bulky. Would definitely recommend

Right size and good quality

I love my Patagonia midweight capilene top! It fit as anticipated and the color was as pictured. I love Patagonia’s quality and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another. Outdoorplay responded quickly to my order and I received my package in good condition. Its arrival date was also as anticipated. I would order from them again.

Fast, but not smart to pack a 3pcs paddle assembled as it cost an arm and a leg when shipped internationally. One of the 3 springs certainly did not pass a quality test as its hole does not allow the lock to pop through.

I can easily fix it myself though

Both the dry bibs and the semi dry top fit great. Had to size up one size on the top. Very high quality and Ootdoorplay's customer service is fantastic. Not only did they run a quick exchange for a larger top very quickly but they were very helpful, friendly and even gave me an additional discount. They are a passionate company of kind people who love their products and treat their customers with a high level of courtesy and respect. I will definitely do business with them in the future!
