Your contacts via telephone is shockingly poor, it's easier to ring my doctor. Ten minutes on two different showrooms and not one answer. I hung up.

100% for help and advice
I have had my hot tub/heat pump for six months. I am an older person with significant sight difficulties. I have had to call Outdoor living a few times to ask for advice regarding settings etc.
On all occasions the team have been absolutely brilliant. Polite, knowledgeable and courteous. They have responded to my need of help immediately including sending a mechanic out to my home if necessary. I am thrilled with my hot tub and the after sales help the company offer. Thank you very much.
