Always easy ordering and prompt service and delivery.

Repaired commercial hot-tub, immediately we found temperature was high and could not control it,
We immediately rang your company for assistance and was told we would get a call back. waited several days and when WE RANG again were told that an engineer could not come for a week.
We had to cancel several lodge bookings because of faulty hot-tub that cost us money. No apology

Great company to deal with. Staff very friendly, helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend anyone to use them.

While the sales experience was good, the on site installation team were very difficult to deal with. We did have a complex installation but it felt like every challenge was a reason to cancel and I had to force it to happen. We also had a mechanical problem with the tub and they couldn’t commission it as it broke and needed a new part. They came back the next day (no communication to say it was happening so I wasn’t in) and since then we have had several issues with the cover and still haven’t got the remote connectivity working 4 weeks later with serval promises to call me back all broken. Whilst I live the product, I can’t yet recommend the service.

Product was fantastic had an issue with the tub but staff were fantastic and sorted out

I had to wait for the size of cover I required as these were not in stock. As soon as they were in stock, cover was delivered quickly. Material on the outside of the cover is canvas like a convertible roof on a car. It looks very nice, time will tell if it lasts the test of time.

To be honest we got our tub from Outdoor Living so I expected good service from them, we only got 2 filters but the delivery was excellent,very fast and no problems 10/10..

Wasn't sure if part was right for my Jacuzzi but after a phone call it was confirmed that it was. Jacuzzi running perfectly now.

You'd expect buying a hot tub and having it delivered would be a bit of a pain. Not with these guys. Click, pay, done. Arrived within the week and appears to be a great quality product at a fair price.
