I ordered my boots 3/6/24 and received them on 3/16/24. They did arrive later than expected. In their defense a blizzard just hit Colorado. I have emailed them numerous of times before during and after the transaction and have always gotten a response within two business days. I asked what boots they have in stock in my size, got a long list and chose from it. In my experience customer service has been great. I will be ordering more soon.

Do not order from this company. These people are crooks. They gave me the run around for six months on a shoe order saying the item was backed up. It was still for sale on their web site. I asked for a refund and it has been 6 weeks still trying to get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS.

I placed an order for a pair of boots in November, and as we verge on the month of March, I find myself yet without any dispatch notification. Historically, my interactions with the ORO team have been characterized by prompt service and swift shipping, having ordered two pairs of boots in the preceding year which were delivered in a timely fashion. This current experience, however, has markedly diminished my regard for the brand. The absence of communication from their side is unprofessional. Upon recent inspection of their website, I noted a statement indicating that "Back-orders will ship out by April or sooner." Given that we are merely a day shy of March, bro I'm done. Consequently, I have initiated a chargeback procedure through PayPal, driven by the lack of fulfillment and communication on their part. And anybody reading this, I urge you to do the same.

Avoid at all costs

You would be better served to tske your money and set it on fire. At least then you would have some entertainment. I ordered the Valencia 2.0 shoe and paid in January of 2023. The shoes were supposed to ship in March 2023. However (surprise) I have still not received them after waiting for over a year. Every time you email them, there is always an excuse. Shipping delays, material shortages, factory issues, ect. I honestly believe these shoes don't even exist outside of few production samples. How can a company not be able to produce a product in over a year? I have emailed customer support on numerous occasions and like I said before, they just punt the issue to the next month. Don't waste your time with this company unless you just like giving your money away for nothing.

do not buy anything from this company. ordered black flannel in beginning of december to take pictures with family for christmas. it’s now february and still nothing has shipped. this is my second bad experience with this company on another order a couple years ago.

never received the product.
no customer service phone, only email and it takes 1 week for them to reply that they are too busy to reply or complete the order.
STAY AWAY!

Made a purchase in November and it’s still not shipped and it is now February. Have only been able to reach one person by email who said it would ship in January. Still no shoes. $400 purchase and nothing. Please do not purchase from this company. Instagram ads will deceive you. Run don’t walk away from them. No number on site to call them. Googled a number that is never during normal working hours no matter when you call. Probably a fake line.

Beautiful scam , they will charged your credit card , and you will never received anything from them . I purchased the Mita Black Combat boots for $499 on sale 30 % off mean $392 since November 26 I had to cancel my order on January 20 . No customers services , unfortunately this website it’s a scam.

The only company I've bought from that DOESN'T ALLOW RETURNS FOR REFUNDS.

I'm stuck with a bunch of credits because of a pair of shoes that didn't fit sadly.
So I'm forced to settle to buy things that I don't fully like.
I have made an order with the credits in April 2023 and am still waiting for it.

I understand there was a manufacturing issue but I've never had an order drag on for so long. And I still have credits left with them, all because something didn't fit me. Leeches, really.

C'mon Kevin Dao & team, please prioritize customer satisfaction rather than keeping people's money. That's the wrong mentality! Integrity is important.

Absolute garbage Customer service. I ordered a pair of boots for a friend and its been over two months with no intimation of delivery or responses over email/social media or any other means. Now I'm stuck because they don't respond and I have no way to receive my items or get a refund! Absolutely no not buy anything from them!

Please do not order anything from this site. I order four pair of pants and only received two pair. It's been over two months and I have not heard anything back from them nor received a refund.i left four emails just for them to steal my money and never hear from them again 😐. Poor business

A scam, I have written to them more than 3 times requesting a refund in over 2 months but no even a response.

this company is fake I bought a boot 1 month ago and the same day they asked me to send proof to prove it was me I sent it and since then I have I never got any answers, always from marketing, but never any answer about the money they took from my account.

This a scam.

Wrong boots, they won’t respond for over a month

It's been 14 days and I still have not received any information about my order, no tracking number or anything. I have sent more than 5 emails asking for a response and none has answered me.

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Purchased 2 pair of boots from Orolosangeles over a year ago. Still have not received the 2nd pair. Each time I would inquire, they claimed they where on backorder and each time I go to the website the boot is available and in my size. They are scamming people and just taking your money. They need to be shutdown immediately!!

I bought a pair of boots from here 4 months ago. It took them a month to tell me that it's backordered and not available (even though that's left out on the product page of their site). I went back and forth with them trying to get a refund, and they kept trying to avoid this by offering me a discount or saying it will take longer for the refund (not sure why a refund would take over 30 days), each reply of theirs was a week lag so time just kept going by. I finally insisted on a refund and they ceased communication, haven't heard from them in over a month, no refund or boots. I'll have to file a case with my credit card.
