I order the leather ginza boots August 12th 2023, a purchase of $495, I have yet to receive the boots or reimbursement of the items purchased. Almost a year later, please be mindful of this company. If I could have put 0 stars I would have.

ive bought three pairs and two were delivered, although that was 5 years ago. i bought a pair in sept 2023, and as of june 2024, they just say 'next month'. Yet they still advertise the shoes they dont have in stock. DO NOT SHOP

I ordered boots from this company last year and they never shipped. After many emails I was ignored when asking for a refund each time. Their store policy is no refunds (red flag) but if a customer doesn't receive a product they are legally due a refund. They tried to get me to do a swap or store credit to skirt their legal obligation to deliver a product or refund. After 6 months of fighting they said they would do a refund but did not follow through. Many others have pointed out they'll send an email promising a refund just to buy as much time as possible and then not deliver on it. I took it up with the credit company. If paying cash you would be scammed completely. This company falsely advertises their products and changes ship dates each month. They do not have them in stock and I don't think they intend to. One of their financial service providers has dropped them because they're actively scamming customers and instead of taking that as a warning they switched to another service. Perhaps at one time, or even for some products, they were a legit company but currently they're participating in illegal activity and I would hope they would have the mindset to cease operations and fulfill or refund all orders before someone faces jail time/life-ruining fines. It's despicable, disgusting behavior from these people and I hope they develop an ounce of empathy because as BBB and TrustPilot reviews will show: they don't care about their fellow humans to run a legitimate business.

I've ordered from ORO before a few times, and the quality of the tees and the pair of boots which was excellent but expensive. There delivery time is stockingly bad. I've ordered tees and they've arrived from US to UK roughly in a couple of weeks but the real problem seems they keep taking orders when they run out of stock which is ridiculous because this means you can be waiting months for your items. I ordered another tee back in January (the website said it was in stock but clearly it wasn't) and it still hasn't arrived. I have been in contact with their customer services and been promised it will be delivered by the end of April. It is now 25th May and it still hasn't arrived and I've sent another email to their customer service team but no reply. In the past they've only offered credit back for another item and no refund. This is absolutely stocking but it seems to be the way this company is run. Don't get me wrong about the quality of the clothing it's excellent when it arrives but it actually helps if you get order in a sensible time frame. NOT 6 months or more down the line!

I ordered a fairly expensive shirt in November. The shirt was out of stock, so I gave them the benefit of it out, contacted them again at the end of December and again in January. By February, I’ve had enough. I told them issue me a refund, then they tried to tell me that the shirt was on the way which it obviously was not. I said no send me a refund. This is ridiculous. It’s taken months. Well Believe it or not. It’s been an additional five months and they have done absolutely nothing. It is now May and I’ve been promised a refund from February for a purchase in November. This is a horrible company, I get excuse after excuse, and all I want is a damn refund. I’m beginning to wonder if the positive reviews on Instagram are placed there by the company.

Well made jeans, fast delivery. This is my third pair. I have also two pair of boots, make sure you order stock items otherwise it might take some time for Oro to get their back order inventory.

This business is a scam and should be investigated for illegal sale of goods and fraudulent transactions. I have reported them to the BBB. When you request a refund from customer support, they often respond with a generic message that doesn't address your specific concerns.I placed an order on April 10, 2024, but I have not received either a refund or the items I purchased.

I’ve ordered 3 pair of pants, a nice coat and a hat in the past year and nothing but compliments. I’ll continue to shop here….

I purchased a pair of boots on march 1st 2024. Never got a shipment email. I contacted customer service and was told that “due to shortage on supplies, item was going to be shipped by the end of the month”. More than two months later and still nothing. I sent an email requesting refund, but haven’t received any response. I think I lost my money. Buyers beware, this company is a SCAM!!

Made a purchase in November 2023. To-date all I received was email replies that it's delayed month after month after month. Its email replies; meaning only after i emailed them, they reply though it takes 2-3weeks to reply. But they are still advertising like business is normal. Totally a scam.

Ordered a pair of boots in September of 2023 and still haven't received them, every time I reach out to customer service I'm told that it should ship by the end of the month and then nothing.

Ordered a pair of boots October 2023. Still no boots or refund. Been asking for refund since December and was told takes 21-35 days. It’s been 4 months since then and after countless emails and calls, no answer no response. I have compiled a class action suit against Oro with the district attorney of Los Angeles. The class action will ensure frauded customers will get their money back or oro will be forced to close. Do not spend your money here. You will never get the product and won’t get a refund. This is a scam site

ORO Los Angeles is definitely a scam…I’ve been waiting on 2 shirts since November of 2023…Contacted them on Instagram multiple times & was given the run around each time…1st the date was moved to mid December…Then mid March…Now early May…Not only do they not intend on fulfilling the order…They continue to sell products that are out of stock…Scamming people out of their money left & right…Constantly making promo posts & hiding behind their 600K following as if they’re a legit business…Terrible company & people

I just received my second order from orolosangeles and everything was perfect. High quality boots and clothing for men. I had to return a denim because it was too small but the return process was smooth.

SCAM !!! I have been waiting a year plus for a pair boots and and hoodie. Terrible company always giving excuses and never deliver the goods . I asked for refund and I never got it

Ordered online and waited 1yr for delivery of my order. Got suspicious and contacted Customer service multiple times to arrange a refund which never happened. Still chasing my refund but had to report there fraudulent activity with authority’s. Check their socials comment. Many unhappy customers

I would give this brand 0 stars if I could. I’ve gotten the runaround for MONTHS on my shoes that have apparently been on back order for almost a year now. Everytime I even try to contact customer service, they tell me the stock will be replenished at the end of the month.. they have said that since the middle of 2023..
Keep your money and don’t even think about giving it to this awful company.

Like the rest of the reviews for this website, I'll just add on to the controversy. This site, no matter how good they were years ago, they are currently a scam. I ordered around November and still haven't heard a thing from them regarding my order. They essentially stole my money. I will be reporting them to ReportFraud.ftc.gov as this is the place to go to officially report fraud or bad business practices.

I see a lot of people writing bad reviews about never receiving there items . I have ordered twice now from this company and I have no complaints . I received my items on time with no issues , and the quality is amazing . I have no reason to lie . It’s truly been a great experience .
