the worst experience ever while returning shipment for excahnge. they are trying to save money and offer only the retunr with no tracking at the local post.
my parcel is nowhere to be found even after 4 weeks and they do not want to communicate until the parcel gets to their warehouse. no assistance at all, very rude. will never order from them again

Ok. I have bought probably 50 items in the last few years Beverly hills, upper East side, Hamptons and palm beach. Getting into the sweats and shorts these days ...vilbrequin is a joke, completely . OB is king for real dudes. Fit isn't what it was. Wish they did a 35 inch waist. That's on my fat ass for getting old. Otherwise, Best ever for returns etc especially palm beach store. My guy there went to La I wish he would come back.

Appalling customer service, failed to deliver for a week and then claimed they delivered a day after I left and told me I should get someone to find the parcel. I sent someone to ‘find the parcel’ … no parcel at my property.

No reply from customer service at all now I’m asking for a refund.

Overpriced, rude and lazy company. Most companies can manage to get a product to you in 24-48hrs these days … over a week ? Jokers.

Spend your money elsewhere!

Orlebar Brown have refused to fix a zip on a pair of swim shorts because I don't have a receipt. I don't think you can offer a five year warranty requiring a proof of purchase as people do not keep receipts for that length of time. I think it should be enough that the shorts are Orlebar Brown. I don't want new shorts just the zipper pull reattached. I don't even need the zip replaced just the metal handle that pulls the zip. Very disappointed. I have asked if I can have it replaced at my cost and have been ignored. I am very disappointed.

Clothing is great quality and nice designs. Quite expensive but with plenty of sale opportunities.
Hand wash only on a lot of clothing worth considering before purchase.

Superb quality and service.
Not many brands stand by the products the way they do.
Sometimes sizing may be an issue, but at least you can try them out and send them back, no questions asked and keep the best fit for you.
I usually buy twice a year, to replenish my summer wardrobe.

Again, another encounter with OB's customer service. After making a complaint about a Hoodie I purchased, they were swift in offering a solution of either replacing the hoodie or offering an e-voucher. I decided to go with the e-voucher which was for about 50% of what I bought the hoodie for. I was then sent the code, on the checkout I had a small issue but within a few minutes Amelia solved the problem.

Hopefully, I won't have any issues with the shorts I bought, however, OB's customer service from my personal experience ranks right up there & is arguably the best experience I've had dealing with higher-end fashion brands.

Best customer service ever! I was anxious to get a last minute gift on time and I have no words about the fast delivery never mind the packaging! Totally recommend

A great brand and amazing swimming suits. They dont Come cheap but they are totally worth it, seen some comments on quality and I am amazed that people write that this is as good as it gets for a swimming suit for man and classy.... Get that if you like to look good at the beach or the pool, you'll stand out just but the cut of it!

The customer service on here has been reasonable some times good but sometimes sub par

The main issue I have is that the quality of materials on the swim shorts have been really poor.

I bought a pair in matches fashion but then the swim shorts faded and also had the knot damaged less than 6 months after purchase.

Then when I got a replacement, the shorts literally tore at the seam within six months of purchase.

I’ve now had to send them back to get repaired although I’m not sure how they will repair them.

I am going on holiday in less than 2 weeks but I don’t think I will have a pair to go with! These are not cheap and the quality really is VERY bad.

We bought some swim shorts in London and wanted to exchange for a different size in Sydney CBD. The guys in the store Amedeo and Shanin were absolutely brilliant. Not only did they sort it all out they were so welcoming and their customer service was truly second to none. They even gave us some tips of where to go in both Sydney and Melbourne. Brilliant employees. Super shop and great products.

En revanche, si vous renvoyez un produit en ligne, et bien qu’ils mettent en avant un retour gratuit, il n’en est rien puisque les frais de port ne sont pas remboursés, soient 14€!.
Résultat: un produit ne convient pas, vous ne l’avez plus, et en plus cela vous aura coûté de l’argent!
Il n’en reste plus beaucoup de pareils vendeurs en ligne.
Y réfléchir à 2 fois avant de commander…

I sent 4 times an email to buy a swim short, only want to know somethings about tax. I sent it to Paris and london, but they never give a reply. Very bad

I ended up buying two t-shirts from the Orlebar Brown store in London, after a very nice experience. The first thing I said to the assistant was, I usually buy Sunspel and I haven't refreshed my t-shirts in ages because they hold their shape so well. I pointed out that the neckline holding its shape was a big thing for me - especially if you're going to pay this kind of money. I was told that the OB Classic is specifically designed to hold in the neckline. Tried them on and they fitted nicely. They didn't have the style in dark grey but I found it online a couple of weeks later.
I took the t-shirts on holiday, wore them once, washed them once and no matter how much you iron them, the collars collapse inwards. Because of the detail in the design, they are SO uncomfortable when this happens. I wrote to OB and expressed my disappointment, I didn't ask for anything. But, they told me to send them back, so I did. After a few days, I was told that I just needed to iron the collars; I replied that I did. They offered me other designs to the same value; or said they would replace with the same design but new. I explained that I don't like their other designs on me. They told me that I was lucky to be offered this as the time limit on returns had passed and not to let this happen again. They also questioned why I had bought two and then a third at a later date - insinuating that my story didn't quite add up.
I pointed out that THEY had asked me to send them back, I had merely emailed to let them know that their design was not worth the money. I asked them to please send me my goods back.
After a few days, I have been told that they will now be sending me back my original purchases. As of the 30th August, I still have not received notification that these have been sent. I requested their return on the 9th.
OB may well be a 'Bond brand' but do not expect the product or the service to be up there with the quality of heritage companies such as Sunspel or N Peal. Perception only gets you so far and judging by the reviews on here, this young company has many lessons to learn.

I can’t believe the rating of this company so low! This is the second review I’m leaving for Orlebar Brown, because it’s the second time I’ve returned something using the five year warranty, and I cannot believe how great the customer service has been.

I’ve had a pair of shorts for almost a year, wore them last season and again in July this year, where I realised that there was a tear at the tab on the back of the shorts.

I texted them and they told me to contact them as soon as I returned which I did, one week later, new shorts. How does it get any better than that?

Purchased almost $5k worth of items. 2 shirts were hand wash in cold water - which was done - and now both have shrunk are can’t be worn. OB don’t answer their phone or WhatsApp, will throw items in the bin and never shop there again.

Great customer service and the quality of the swimshorts are superb!

Honestly it's kinda hard to understand why is there so many bad reviews, it's either people like me who are super satisfied or people that had terrible experiences.
