Organic Olivia Omdömen

Very poor customer service. I am unable to take this product for medical reasons, cancelled the subscription minutes after being notified they were preparing a new shipment. Conveniently for them it was on a weekend when no one works and now they say they cannot stop it and will have to charge me $9.95 to return it. This is not good customer service. As a business owner I would not lose a customer over $10. Yikes!

Excellent products 100% effective 👌

I had a self-made ordering problem. When I reached out to customer service, they took care of the problem immediately. Great service ethic!

I've been purchasing from Organic Olivia for years because I genuinely believed in the quality of the products. Unfortunately, this recent experience has completely changed my opinion of the company.

I placed an order on June 21, 2026. Now, more than two weeks later, the order has still not arrived, and the tracking never showed that USPS had even received the package.

Shipping issues happen. Customer service is what separates a good company from a bad experience. Instead of taking ownership, I received what felt like AI-generated template responses explaining that Organic Olivia was "required to follow the carrier's established timeframe" before they could help. In practice, that meant waiting more than 2½ weeks before they would even consider a replacement. For a company selling wellness and health products, that's simply not good enough.

For a company that markets itself as deeply invested in supporting women and health, I expect a much more thoughtful customer experience when something went wrong.

I hope this was an isolated incident, but based on my experience, I would be hesitant to order directly from Organic Olivia again, especially if you expect your product to arrive in a reasonable time frame.

Shipping is much faster than it used to be:)

I love the products I swear I think they are the reason I don’t get sick as much anymore.

I've been using organic Olivia supplements and highly recommend it. It makes a difference in my health for the better!

My order got here really quickly and the chest comfort syrup feel so good going down and helps my breathing

Love OO, customer support was amazing! I was helped quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

Wonderful product in the sleep juice! I can’t get to sleep or stay in a sleep without it. They have always been completely helpful of all the products I’ve tried. They have been very good about recommending and very good about communicating about my orders one of the best mail-order companies I’ve ever used. ❤️

Purchased a cough syrup for $34.15 on 1/15. No cough syrup as of 2/2/26 and address was correct. After waiting close to a month for this I asked for a refund and they decided that I only deserved $15. Ridiculous and horrible customer service. You should do better. Don't rip people off. I will never order from your website again. You will never earn business "Small Business" by ripping people off.

Well it was really easy to navigate you website and the check out was really fast- product is very good

Have had numerous gut issues the last few months and purchased to help deal with the aftermath of needing an antibiotic and it has helped tremendously.

love their products! the have something for everybody and I especially love the tinctures, glucobitters is my favorite to calm down my sweet cravings and excessive hunger with PCOS. I have also loved the zinc plus and digestive juice! Zinc helps with androgens and digestive juice is great for better digestion and is great for on the go when you need more support.

Love organic Olivia. I am always happy with my purchases. If I have to reach out to them for any reason they always have a speedy response and are always polite and helpful!

I have been an OO customer from the beginning, and loooveee Olivia’s creations. She is an absolute wizard herbalist, one of my fave tinctures is Liver Juice and Microbiome Guard and I always have them stocked along with many others. Everything is high quality and it really works. They have the best customer service too!!! I sooo appreciate good customer service, if anything happens in shipment or stuff gets damaged, they immediately take care of it. I’m always happy to support this business!!! 100/10 recommend!!!
