Do not give your money to any debt…

Do not give your money to any debt collection agencies. They are a scam and have no legal leg to stand on. Unless your debt is for £1000s a criminal or civil court wont touch it. Costs are to high to bother i have had alot of dealings with so called debt collection agencies my advice would be don't give them the time of day.

OPOS LIMITED HARASSMENT

I am writing this review to formally raise concerns about the conduct of OPOS Limited.

I have been contacted and pressured regarding an alleged debt supposedly linked to South Staffordshire Water. To verify this, I contacted the water company directly, and they explicitly confirmed that there is no outstanding balance on my account.

Despite this clear confirmation, OPOS Limited has continued to pursue me for payment and has issued warnings about collections activity, credit file damage, and potential legal action. This behaviour is not only misleading but completely unacceptable.

Pursuing an individual for a non-existent debt raises serious concerns about your verification processes and compliance standards. Making threats regarding credit impact and legal escalation without a valid debt could be considered harassment and may breach regulatory guidelines.

This situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I expect OPOS Limited to immediately cease all contact regarding this matter unless they can provide verifiable evidence of the alleged debt.

If this behaviour continues, I will not hesitate to escalate the matter further through formal complaints channels.

I strongly urge others in a similar situation to independently verify any claims made before making payments.

Extremely unprofessional and concerning conduct.

Dealt with Danny who in contrast to Sam…

Dealt with Danny who in contrast to Sam / Samantha was like night and day. Danny extremely helpful and LISTENED to the situation whereas Sammy was completely and utterly rude. I would recommend this business, they're doing their best with limited (and incorrect) information in my case and I appreciate their efforts, particularly Danny who has done a significantly better job than his colleague

I recieved a message asking me to call

I recieved a message asking me to call. When I got through it was Yvonne that took my call. She was very professional and polite and dealt with my issue that it wasn't my debt. I finished the call feeling very satisfied that I was listened to and my issue resolved.
