I found Opatra over a year ago on a crufts stand. I was very sceptical and I have extremely sensitive skin so had written off ever finding products that would be tolerated. The products were way out of my price range but the assistant did me a package and I took a gamble. I then went into a panic thinking I’ve probably been scammed or I would react . I need not have worried I have been using the night cream for a year and it’s honestly been the best thing I have ever done for my eczema prone red and irritable skin. Not only do the products work incredibly well, they smell amazing. I was back at Crufts this year and made a beeline to restock and buy some more. I now have the day and night cream , the peeling gel and the eye red light device. I will never be without these products now and I find the shows have the best deals for price and trying

We were 'ambushed' by Anais at Battersea Powerstation but what a lovely experience it was. She obviously believes in the product and after purchasing various creams and devices we are hoping for great results. Anais is a great ambassador for the company and although we hadn't meant to spend money she convinced us it was the thing to do. We didn't feel pressurised in any way but the treatments really did make us look younger and in your 70's that's a great achievement!

Je tiens à écrire un avis sur les séances de soins non chirurgicaux pratiqués par Hadir ça a été mon meilleur choix ma peau est beaucoup plus ferme les petites ridules ont complètement disparus en l’occurrence pour les rides plus creusées elles sont complètement atténuées! Merci infininement à opatra !

My friend and I were in the bullring and came across the stand opposite Khaadi where Araz enticed us with a free hand treatment. We were impressed with the level of knowledge Araz had on the products, and the quality of them were so worth the price. We bought a set each and will be continuing to buy :)

UPDATE:
After my review was posted, Opatra contacted me within days, stating that the device was in stock !!
I also had a heartfelt apology from someone named Effy, I think. Also, a lovely gesture of a lumiface, as I had waited so long for the Flexi to be replaced. After nearly 3 weeks the device finally arrived. Hoorah....
No apology note and definitely no lumi device included. I did contact this person thanking them for finally sending my device ( although it wasn't the updated version) which they claim to replace if devices are upgraded. This was ignored along with no lumi gift. I had mentioned that my dermi 11 was broken but that was not mentioned. I was offered to be added to a VIP membership if I wished.
I had been asked to remove my review from a lady that rang me the week before that replacement arrived.
I was told in that email from Effy, that they now have new measures in place for customer care/services.
My overall experience with Opatra on this device has been deplorable. False information on replacement timeframe. 11 months wait, didn't receive the upgraded model, empty promises of goodwill gesture. Months of chasing and frustration.The only one positive I can find is that the replacement is working.
Sorry Opatra, you really failed.

No replacement device after nearly 11 months. I contacted Opatra under the Life time warranty regarding the Flexi pad, which had stopped working correctly. They replied by saying return the item and they'd send a replacement within weeks. They were assuring me that they were waiting on stock and most emails said 2 weeks wait. They were communicating up until November 2025, now no response to my last 3 emails. They had offered me a replacement of an alternative if I could see an item that would suit, however they only had handheld devices, which is nothing like the Flexi pad. ( I already have handheld devices of theirs.) As a side note another device has stopped working but I'm not wasting my money to return it as I'm sure it would be the same story. The lifetime warranty is a complete gimmick IMO, as there's no comeback. Who's lifetime are they referring too ? Obviously not mine !! For the hype that this company claim to achieve, with the statements they make regarding replacement, I can only say it's not my experience. Close to 11 months after the device malfunctioned and no replacement in sight. Oh BTW, I did ask for it to be repaired and they actually don't do that. That speaks volumes.

Después del tratamiento decidimos comprar el producto , sin embargo al utilizarlo hoy, nos damos cuenta que ya no es el mismo que nos aplicaron en la tienda

No al tacto , si no al aplicarse ni tira como el que probamos ni deja ese residuo blanquecino al cabo del rato. Una decepción.

Menos mal que no compramos una máquina para la cara y el cuello, estuvimos a puntito porque era carísima y después de la decepción habría sido terrible

Estafadores profesionales

We were in Battersea power station looking in shops. We were offered free samples from a girl then approached by a man. My husband and I were sat down on chairs and shown a product called Opatra reverse 5. He applied a small amount to my eye area and then to my husbands. Then used a fan to dry it. Tbh it did look like it was working so we bought some. Then we couldnt get away. He said that he could offer such a huge discount on a led light treatment normally £3,800 (?) with lots of other products thrown in for around £1700 and he would refund the cost of the reverse cream we had bought. He asked us to just have a try at the light but we were not interested. We could not get away. Was embarassing.
The cream that he applied to our eyes was awful. Out in the light we could see that it had dried like white paper under our eyes and that it was itchy. We had to buy makeup removal pads to get rid of it. TOTAL WASTE of money.

I met the lovely representative in Battersea power station shopping mall, Anais was so kind, gentle, spent time on me without rushing, very complimentary and just all round lovely person. But a pushy salesperson, she genuinely spent time with me making sure the product was right for me. I purchased the marble neck machine and can definitely see the difference, my skin is becoming tighter and brighter, my pigmentation is improving too. I love the products I received with the machine, collagen night cream and collagen mask and body cream, all beautiful products. The reverse 5 wrinkle corrector is a game changer, it’s like magic for removing the bags and wrinkles from under your eyes. In seconds, they disappear. Amazing products. Thank you Anais for your caring service and aftercare.

Les soin sont très agréable et les résultat visible à chaque soin je recommande sans aucune hésitation.

I purchased a product which did not seem to release the cream from the device - I contacted Karin from London base where I purchased and she was extremely helpful and gave me contact details to which I responded and got a prompt reply from Amy and I was delighted to receive a replacement very quickly and used my first application today I have sent the faulty one back so they can check the issue .
So in a few weeks I will write another review on the product experience

To update on my last review, I was contacted by Jermaine who was very helpful, he had my order sent out and I received it today, with a lovely goodwill gift so I am very happy now thankyou

I had a long delay in receiving a replacement for my Lumiflex face mask which has a Lifetime Warranty. After Xmas Opatra did say this was due to a delay in supply. After waiting further I did write quite a negative review here but they contacted me and I received a replacement the next day. They also included a free gift which was quite substantial.

Hace un mes estuve en el centro que Opatra tiene en el centro comercial Lagoh ( Sevilla). Me atendió Miguel Galán, todo lo que puedo decir son cosas positivas. Le expliqué lo que quería ,él me hizo un diagnóstico de los problemas que tenía mi piel y me recomendó un tratamiento. He notado los resultados desde el primer día: mi piel está más tersa, luminosa y tengo muy suavizadas las arrugas del contorno de ojos.

At Birmingham city centre, the team lead Fabiana demonstrated to me how the products work and it was amazing. I want to get more of the products.

Sara was very polite and helpful enjoyed the experience aswell. Also she had very nice products to show to me.
