The whole experience was very quick and…
The whole experience was very quick and the staff at Oodle car Finance are fantastic to deal with, nothing is a bother for them this is the way a business should be run , a lot of business companies lack this way in working sometimes by having A.I. dealing with a customer. In my experience it is always better to speak with a human than a A.I. , and not go round in circles then back to the beginning. So I would highly recommended Oodle for your next application for Finance 100% .

The whole experience was good everyone was very helpful and respectful and polite, I had a slight problem trying to upload my license. I have the new Samsung s26 ultra phone and I have to say it really let me down , trying to get it to take my picture for my ID verification, all I got was a black screen I phoned your customer service who where fantastic at helping me nothing was too much trouble. I did say I was sorry for the grief but I was told not to apologise as it was not a problem. Long story short I had to continue on my laptop and the problem was solved. This is something I will take up with Samsung their selves. Apart from that everything else was good , there is a lot of signing needs done , but that's to be expected. The thing is when you own a mobile you tend to try and do everything on it. Really on this occasion a laptop or desk PC is the better option so lesson learned on my part . So if you are looking for finance I would have no hesitation in recommending Oodle Car Finance 100%
