Great people to work with, despite the massive amounts of I. T issues, they helped me find a car and talk to the dealer, although i will say the reduction i got off the car was only provided once i called up myself.

Overall great service and again despite the I.T issues (not their fault)
They managed to get it all sortrd within a week.

Started off great gent called Aidan was dealing with my application then day after it started !!send me this send me that even though he had already told me certain things wouldnt b accepted !!! Finally got approved then nothing a week in n lost out on 3 cars because hadnt event contacted any of the companies then kept sayin system was down for the lender id got even though id got another vehicle on standby with car finace 24/7 with same lender with no issues so obviously was just lying wat a waste of time and stress not worth the aggro

My experience was superb! Cameron dealt with me and was absolutely amazing! He answered all my questions and gave me all the information for everything, along with being patient with me whilst I was at work and trying to sort things out my side. The whole process took 4 days! I’ve now got my new car and I’m over the moon!! A massive thank you to Cameron, his service was impeccable! I highly recommend Choose My Car!

I recently completed a car purchase with Choose Your Car, and I am honestly over the moon with the service I received.

At first, I received a text saying I could be approved for a certain amount, and I assumed it was just one of those generic messages. But when I checked properly, I was approved almost instantly, which really surprised me.

From that point on, the whole experience was seamless. I was supported by Scott throughout the entire process, and I can genuinely say it is one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a very long time.
