still waiting for the item its been about a month i choose aussie companys so i dont have to wait this long my temu junk got here way sooner

EDITED AFTER CONTACT:
After sending my last email, threatening reports to Fair Trade & other organisations, I received a reply. They claimed to have responded to an earlier email (in the same thread), but nothing ever arrived (not in Spam, either). They claimed their inventory has been impacted by the flooding, and that one of my items had just arrived. Clearly, the site should have had that item marked as out of stock, or delayed. Also, I don’t believe a reply email was actually sent (short of not hitting Send, there’s really no way emails don’t go through, these days). That said, they offered to express ship my items to me at no cost, as a way of apologising. I thanked them for that, and accepted the offer. So I’m here, updating this review to reflect those events. Knowing they’re not actually a scam, and that they’re simply terrible at communicating, I can say I’d use them again (if they have the item I’m after, and the price is right). Speaking of which, one item I bought was the best deal I could find, by far! I just know to not expect too much, in terms of up-front customer service.

It started with my invoice not including the free shipping, as promised in my sign-up deal.

I then paid. Now, 7 business days later, still no shipping update (2 days past their “longest handling time“). I’ve written them twice, and no response. I’ve tried to call, but the number is dead.

I will be pursuing whatever legal action I have to report the scam, fraud, and theft.

A lot of products were out of stock. But what I did order was despatched quickly and arrived in a timely manner.

I got this as a dupe to replace a waxmaiden - this is much better! Probably the smoothest bong I've ever used. 1/4 the price as well

the glass at bottom of billy broke by second use!!! needed full silicone hopefully we will find something unbreakable as I like to smoke from nice instruments,,, the cone is super great with the ash catcher... love it!!!

Reliable, discreet packaging, great range. Ordered from this site multiple times. It's never been an issue. One time a glass item arrived broken on delivery, but they were quick to resend at no expense to myself. Would and will use again

The worst business I have ever dealt with, do not recommend. I put in my order and the only payment method was bank transfer. I tried calling and emailing to find out why my order wasn’t sent but got no response. One week later someone called me and said that they no longer stock the product and that I would get a refund. The product which is no longer stocked is still available to buy on the website. I’m still waiting for my refund 1 month later and getting no explanation from this company. Try calling their phone number before sending them any money because nobody ever answers their phone. Scammers.

I got the diamond glass cone and the hole in the cone is to big… can I get a glass cone with out the hole to big so I can pull a cone through it…
