Never received the sim. Never got an answer back. This is what I was expecting, but I decided to try and check it myself.

We can see that you contacted our support team twice asking about a tracking number. Our support replied both times letting you know there is no tracking for the shipping method you selected for your order (regular mail). Please check your "Spam" folder for the replies our support team sent on 12/27/24 and 1/3/25.
Unfortunately we have little control over what happens to an order after it is shipped and in the hands of a currier. If a customer lets us know their order is lost in transit we always give them the option of a refund or a replacement, however we never received such notice from you that your order was not received until now.
We have refunded the cost of your order back to your original payment method.

These are clearly listed on their website as services they offer!!!

Unfortunately several major banks including Bank of America, Chase and Wells Fargo are no longer compatible with our US Bank number, for this reason you will be prompted to enter the bank or institution you intend to use the number with prior to purchase.
If you are interested in a US number to receive verification codes please contact our support team and let them know which institution you intend to use the number with and they will let you know if the US Bank number is compatible.

Business based on fraud.
Their business model is based on fraud. I bought their e Sim and have around $125 in my account with them. When it was time to use the service, it simply did not work. I contacted their customer service and was presented with some "solutions" but nothing worked. I had to buy another Sim from another service provider. I am asking for my money back but One Sim was first stalling me and now their CS is not responding. Clearly they are thieves and robbers. STAY AWAY FROM ONE SIM CARD.
Update: I am responding to One Sim's reply to my review.
I followed each and every step suggested by your technical support not just once, but several times. You should have access to the exchange of messages, or should I post the conversation here so that potential customers can judge how you are trying to mislead. Shame on you.

When you contacted our customer support with your issue you neglected to attempt the provided troubleshooting steps and instead insisted on a refund. Normally our policy is to grant refunds for purchases made within the last 30 days, and you had not made any purchases in 7 months. In the extremely rare cases that our technicians cannot resolve a particular issue we will make an exception and grant a refund for purchases made outside of the 30 day window. These rare exceptions require the SIM user to follow the troubleshooting directions of the technicians, as our technicians are supporting customers all over the globe without direct access to their devices.
We strive to provide excellent support to all of our users and would like to help you get your eSIM connected if you would like follow the steps provided by our customer support team.

I talked with Gino about the problems I was having with my DataMax Sim. He was wonderful. He walked me through what I needed to do with my new phone and my OneSim account, step by step to ensure it was working properly. He even helped test it out while we were talking. He was incredibly patient as well as very, very personable. I can't say enough about how great he was and how much I appreciate his help. Help is there whenever you need it
I have had a OneSimCard account for many years.
Bought my first phone thru them and my second also when the 3G was going away. I needed a better phone for some upcoming trips. The phone I wanted was no longer available from OneCardSim so I found a similar one online. I tried to get my SimCard to work, but no luck. I called OneSimCard and Gino spent quite some time and helped me verify that it was locked. Had to return the phone.
Gino called the next evening to check on my progress with getting a new phone.
I eventually found another and with his directions I was able to get it to work. He also gave me some great advice on what to look for in a cellphone that would do what I needed it for.
Can't say enough about the support and effort that Gino gave me. OneSimCard gets my five stars for going above and beyond to help it's customers.
I am sticking with them...

Don't forget, we have a "friends and family" referral program if you know anyone that can benefit from our service(s) Our Refer a Friend program is available to all OneSimCard active account holders. For each friend you refer that purchases new service, you will receive $10 ($5 for rentals) deposited into your 1SIM Money Fund. The referral bonus will be received once the order for new service is placed, shipped and the 30-day return window has closed. You can then use these bonus awards to recharge your airtime or use toward any other purchases. There are no limits to the number of friends you can refer or the bonuses you can receive!
In addition, your referred friend will also receive a 5% discount on their initial order, excluding airtime.
