Over the past few months Jared has been a great source of support helping me with various projects such as VA and Libre. I know if I have a problem he tends to have the anwsers to resolve the issues and always does. He is very knowledgable of the products and always professiona. Merwin Rodrigues Was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. Guided me through on resetting passwords when Docman and EMIS have lost connection. Instructions were clear and followed very easy. Very polite and customer service skills excellent.

Annapoorna form the education team was very knowledgeable, supportive and able to resolve my issue providing excellent troubleshooting skills.

Vishwas Premkumar was fantastic help! He was patient and explained everything in a very easy way.

Srinivas Saraf helped me resolve an issue that I had, he was really helpful and informative.

We have found the product (Legal PCM) soul-destroyingly bad. System not set up properly for us, interminable 'training', poor customer service. Now seeking extra charges to have proper set-up despite huge outlay.

Heartbreaking as we were so hopeful after the 'sales' pitch. SME Solicitors Firms, we suggest exploring other Case Management systems.

If you are a SME Solicitors firm, we do not recommend.

Srinivas Saraf within the support team has been very helpful, always providing a solution for my queries.

My logged call was looked after by Jenny Geoghegan. I found the support to be incredibly helpful and responsive. Jenny resolved my issue within minutes. I would highly recommend their customer service.

My Support Engineer was - Prem Pahuja -- excellent response - joy to work with -- issue resolved in minutes
