Sixteen years ago, I embarked on my journey with the 1:1 Diet, and I can confidently say it was a transformative experience for me. I managed to lose 2 1/2 stone in a remarkably short period, and what’s even more impressive is that I've maintained almost all of that weight loss since then.

The diet changed my life, I was as very overweight and had some health issues. I found the 121diet by CWP online. I contacted my consultant went and met her she was lovely, she supported me.
The meal replacement products all included the vitamins and minerals I needed to be healthy and happy on the diet.
4 months later I was 5 stone / 31kg down.
I have kept nearly all of that weight off since 2013. I can’t recommend the 121 diet enough.

This Diet is useless and didn't work for me plus its a total rip off because I paid delivery costs to consultant when i didnt need to. I discovered later when reading the T&C's that delivery is already included in price. Conveniently this wasnt communicated to me by consultant. Make sure you read the small print as they find every way of extorting money from vulnerable customers desperste to lose weight. Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless they have money to burn

Ik begon in maart 2022 met dit dieet op aanraden van een collega. Ik was gemotiveerd en de kilo's vlogen er in het begin ook zeker van af. Ik dachf "dit is HET dieet!!" Helaas word natuurlijk het onderliggende probleem van het overgewicht niet aangepakt, het zijn ook consulenten en geen psychologen. Ik kwam gelijkelijk weer langzaam aan, was 30 kilo kwijt, er zitten er weer tien aan. Ik ben nu gestart net calorieën tellen en ben onder behandeling van een psycholoog. Dit werkt beter voor mij.

Absolutely delicious products, this weight loss plan enabled me to lose three stone in three months. It to re-educated me on food And has allowed me to maintain my weight loss for over three years. Couldn’t recommend the plan highly enough! An added benefit is the great customer service and one-to-one support from your very own weight loss consultant!

I lost 2 stone in 2 months. It's hard going, but if you are strict and committed to the rules. The weight falls off. You have to be strict!

Great weight loss plan. I felt fantastic all the time I was following 1:1 Diet. Loads of energy because only 3 products per day provide all nutritional RDA’s. No need for supplements. Full hydration and no need to obsess about food. I lost 3 stones in 3 months and I’ve pretty much maintained that. Definitely easy plan to stick to.
