Absolutely love this weight loss plan, it has completely changed my life and because I followed the whole process start to finish including maintenance I have been able to maintain my weight. Ive lost 5 stone and maintained since 2019 and only go back on it now after an event like Christmas or a holiday to just blitz a few extra lbs off. It works brilliantly and the products are super tasty. It’s great that there are plans that contain conventional food too for people who don’t want to cut any food groups out, but there’s also more strict plans for those who find it helpful.

This diet is so easy. I am useless in the kitchen so my nutrition generally is not the best, but the products are so easy to make. I don't need to take any supplements as all products have all the vitamins and minerals added so I am getting a fab boost too. This is the only diet that ever worked for me. I lost 3.5 stone in 3 months and it literally changed everything about my life. It seem a little bit expensive and some weeks I questioned whether I could justify the expense but it was a short term expense and it was honestly worth every penny.

Losing the weight took the personal misery out of my life and allowed me to participate in life without being held back by my weight.

It was all on a one to one basis so no group weigh ins and I had access to my consultant 7 days a week in the form of texts and calls on top of the weekly appointment so there was heaps of tailored support.

I lost weight over 11 years ago and have maintained it ever since.
