I ordered three LOVE cardigans from Olive and Frank ( for my daughter and my two granddaughters. ) ...they arrived promptly and are superb quality .
We needed to size up for my youngest granddaughter and so I emailed .....wow ! The reply came back so quickly and as we live near to where the company is based , we were able to just go along and swap for the correct size !
Absolutely top notch customer service , so friendly and ultra professional !
Will be ordering again .....very well done Olive and Frank .x

Item returned due to being too small. Refund only issued almost 2 weeks after they received the sweatshirt back and then have to wait 2-3 days for it to go back into my bank account. Surely it doesn’t take over 2 weeks for a refund?

Perfect service from Olive and Frank. I ordered a Christmas sweatshirt which was dispatched to Royal Mail on 11th December but which was still not recognised as received by Royal Mail on 18th December when I messaged Olive and Frank. They dispatched me a replacement by express mail which arrived today - 19th December. Perfect customer service and a very high quality cosy festive sweatshirt. What’s not to like? I recently ordered a sweatshirt and t-shirt in the sample sale and have to say I love them, they’re really good quality and cute too. The customer service was excellent after I made a mistake on my order so you can’t ask for more. This was my 3rd order from Olive and Frank but won’t be my last, 2 of my favourite sweatshirts are now from here, a favourite t-shirt and jacket and I’ve got my eye on another t-shirt I want to order after payday. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for the quality and service 💖

Had such wonderful service from Olive and Frank. I bought an outfit for my daughter-in-law a few months a go for Christmas and she had lost so much weight that it didn't fit. We contacted Olive and Frank and they said that if we returned it they would send a smaller size out straightaway, which I did and the parcel arrived within a few days. We were so grateful as my daughter-in-law was flying back to China. I would recommend the clothes and the customer service highly.

My new tracksuit has just arrived and I love it! I ordered the grey/blue with black hearts and it's even nicer than I expected. Yes, it is a little bit more expensive than I would normally spend, but it's worth it. The material is lovely and soft and the fit is perfect. I can't wait to wear it. I'm sure it will get lots of admirers. I will definitely order from this company again. Excellent overall experience.

Really loved the short and sweater set I ordered from them, really soft material and cute designs. I had an issue with the shorts ripping, however, I was really impressed with the customer service and how quickly they replaced the item! No hassle, no issues and they even replied to sort out the issue on a Saturday and Sunday. Will 100% be ordering from them again as they clearly care about their customers.

Admittedly I did have some issues with sizing and shape that wasn’t resolved with a change of size and was disappointing to be honest. I also find the returns policy a bit of a drag. That said, this company are legit. I liked the set I bought so much I’ve kept it even though the fit isn’t great so that says a lot. I also found them very helpful and responsive when I had issues.

I now own several items from Olive and Frank and I love them all. In particular, I have two long sleeve tops which I wear all the time. The quality of their clothes is really lovely so they will last you forever. Outstanding customer service too when I encountered a problem Really hoping they continue to expand their range - I will forever be a returning customer!

I love all the clothes they advertise but so far I've only purchased 2 shirts and I LOVE them. Gorgeous designs and feel well made. Due to a mix up in the order I was in contact with olive and frank and I am so pleased with the customer service received from Chloe. Definitely reccomend ordering from this company and I'm sure I will be placing more orders in the future.
