I would highly recommend using moments car hire.
I used these guys for my wedding and honestly it was a pleasure.
Unfortunately because of COVID 19 I couldn’t use them on a date I wanted but they arranged a refund straight away.
No headache and no fuss. Will be using them again at a later date. Guaranteed to give you a professional experience.

Great Hire Company
Great Hire Company
With great prices
Hired the RR PHANTOM SERIES II
Unfortunately due to Covid-19 my wedding was cancelled
Had so many issues with other companies trying to get a refund on items
However, this company by far was the easiest to approach... very compassionate and believe in ethical practices and was quick to refund me my money... if in future I need a luxury RR I'll be definitely coming back.
Thank you for being so approachable and understanding.
Keep up the good work

I chose this company because of its reasonable rates, I got my quote, quite pleased with it so i asked for a booking form, we will get you one out tonight, one didn't arrived so I requested it again and it still didn't arrive, then informed them if i I didn't receive one I would take my business elsewhere, then I got a reply apparently they sent me a copy of what was supposed to of been emailed to me, they got the email completely wrong and subsequently could of either What's app me the form as that was how we were communicating, or even phoned to resolve the miscommunication this didn't happen and therefore I sort to hiring from another car company as I wasn't confident that I should go ahead with this one due to poor customer service.

Dear Keith,
Email addresses occasionally have errors. Had this email been of an urgent matter I would understand the rating. But for an event that is almost 4 months away, we do not really expect a 1 star rating for not sending an invoice within 48 hours. You have not committed to a booking, and we have not committed to you.
If the service, vehicle or such was bad it would have been understandable, but because an invoice was not sent in 48 hours??? Bit harsh.
You send a msg in the early hours of the morning stating you expect a reply by the end of the day. The day has not passed, so I am not sure what was expected. If you are going to be harsh in your judgement at least be consistent and be a man of your own word. "If I dont receive one today" were your words. We are a few hours into the day, so I am confused by your reasoning.
Absolute professional
Absolute professional, car was immaculate, arrived on time and every need was catered for. Highly recommend!!!

Wow thank you to Fatima and her team
Wow thank you to Fatima and her team. We had another company let us down and moments car hire definitely came thorough for us. We had 2 cars. The classic car for the bride and the Rolls Royce phantom for the groom. Was easy to book, car came clean and drivers were experienced. Turned around an otherwise bad day
