I am disappointed. The dresses are well made, but the color of one dress is much, much more darker/intense than on the photos and the second dress is not the fabric I ordered.

I accidentally ordered the Silvina dress twice and contacted OFFON to cancel one. They had already told me the dress wouldn’t be ready to ship for another two weeks, so it clearly hadn’t been made yet. Despite this, they refused, claiming “production had already started” and no cancellations or refunds were possible.

This makes little sense given the dress is sold in a single standard size (S–XL), not bespoke measurements. It’s hard to believe these aren’t produced in batches.

The policy feels completely inflexible and out of touch—no effort to help, no store credit, nothing. Very disappointing experience. Be careful when ordering, as they won’t support you if anything goes wrong.

I bought the jump suit. It's absolutely lovely.. Very well made. They contacted me and asked for my measurements so they could suggest the right size. I love it and would purchase again.

Beautiful design and amazing quality of clothes. I ordered a pair of linen pants and a linen dress, both fit me perfectly (I followed the sizing guide on the website). These clothes are made with love and made to last. Very cute note and sustainable packaging. So much appreciated 💖 Thank you

I ordered a dress from this company, having checked reviews on Trustpilot. The dress was beautiful, made to order (so obviously it won't arrive in just a few days) and having checked the detailed size guides against my measurements, I was delighted that the dress fitted perfectly. They are also willing to customise items, as I have asked if they can change the sleeve shape for a future order.

My new favourite dress! Amazing quality, beautiful fit, literally been living in it since I got it. Yes, the shipping takes quite a while, which is to be expected when everything is made to order. Very friendly, quick and helpful customer service via mail. Will definitely order from here again, it's well worth the wait.

I love this brand. I'm a UK size 20, 5ft2, and the largest size trousers fit me. The quality is really good. Great cut, and the fit is lovely and comfy.
I returned one pair of trousers with a zip as they were not as good a fit as the elasticated waist trousers.
One thing I would say is that whilst they've been very communicative and respond very quickly - and personally - to my emails, orders are placed and paid for and it can be weeks before the items are dispatched. Also, items are sent from Lithuania so they take time to arrive.
It is worth reviewng their refund policy. I bought 3 pairs of trousers to compare the fit, and when I returned a pair, the item was held in their Customs for approx 4 weeks and although they kindly gave me a refund, their policy is for exchange only.
Also worth noting that I had to pay £10 or so to return and track the parcel.
But overall, this wouldn't stop me from using them. The clothes are a really high standard and I love them.

SHE TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS AND PUTS THE BLAME BACK ONTO THE BUYER WHO HAS PAID HER UPFRONT, IN GOOD FAITH. SHE IS ALSO DECEITFUL THROUGHOUT COMMUNICATIONS, WHEN SHE IS PRESENTED WITH A DIPLOMATIC COMPLAINT ABOUT HER ITEMS. STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS SELLER!!!!!

This remarkable little clothes company, based in Lithuania, is a real treat. The clothing is exceptionally well made, and while not cheap, the cost of their gorgeous dresses is less than Sahara and every bit as good. Obviously, delivery, which is included in the price, takes a little longer than standard UK delivery but worth the wait. With my first order, (needlecord long sleeve dress with pockets, I had been hunting and hunting for a red corduroy dress without success until coming across Offon), I recieved a bundle of material swatches in linen and cotton fabrics. A really thoughtful touch. The goods were beautifully packaged and they can customise their sizes for you. Obviously customized goods are non returnable. I cannot recommend Offon clothing highly enough, blown away by the quality really.
