Genuinely awesome product and customer service
Genuinely awesome product, and wonderful customer support with Mia -- a phone screen protector was missing from my order, and she helped me get a replacement!
I use MacBooks for both personal and work. I've tried the built in blue light display filter on Mac that just turns everything yellow-ish, and the display remains really bright / intense and harsh on the eyes.
However, their laptop screen protectors seem to soften the harshness and visual intensity of the display while preserving the overall look and feel of the screen. It's not as aggressively bright anymore, and long work sessions feel much easier on my eyes
I've had an Ocushield screen protector on my Mac even many years back in college, and when I switched to a new laptop for work I went without one for 1-2 years, but I'm coming back to it because it really just makes a difference for me. Got one for my mom who loves it too, and getting more for the rest of the family :)
The quality of the laptop screen protectors feel premium and I appreciate this brand a lot for supporting folks with a need for eye care solutions

Excellent customer service, product could use more work
Excellent customer service made up for the fact that the prescription blue light blocking glasses weren’t quite right for me. I got my prescription from a high street optician and was looking forward to replacing my cheap Amazon non-prescription blue light glasses with a version that I could use to work on a laptop or watch TV in the evenings. Unfortunately, the prescription on the right lens just didn't seem to suit. The team attempted to replace the glasses once, but when this didn't work either, they handled my return smoothly and professionally. The company seems solid, and I'd love to see them succeed, unfortunately it just didn’t work out for my particular needs. Would recommend giving it a go based on their service alone, and they may well be perfect for someone else.

Ocushield is the best …
I have nothing but the highest praise for Ocushield. I originally chose them because of the quality of the manufacturing, the testing they have done on their products, and their overall reputation The customer service is impeccable . I have been in customer service my whole life ( am 68 years old ) and still working full time with the public so I know . I originally ordered a screen protector and it was the wrong one I ordered by mistake and they instantly sent me the correct one. After several months of satisfaction with my blue light screen protector I accidentally dropped my phone and cracked the protector. Without hesitation they replaced it at no charge. They check all the boxes when it comes to quality on every front.

I ordered the wrong size
I ordered the wrong size, and expected to return the small ones and order the correct larger size, Instead of doing all that, I was instructed to keep the small ones and was sent the correct size without any additional charge, 'that is "over the top"customer service. The new shields fit perfectly and are doing the job.

The Best Brand!
After using two other brands in the past to block the blue light, I decided to do a new search. I am so very happy I found Ocushield. Fabulous products with exemplary customer service!
I recently purchased the Anti Blue Light Filter for my MacBook Pro and two Anti Blue Light Screen Protectors for our phones - the purchase and delivery process was both quick and seamless.
Firstly, I am really pleased with the purchases as I have noticed a significant reduction with eye strain as well as my ability to fall sleep quickly, despite long hours of screen time. Secondly, I received exemplary customer services from team member Mia H - many organisations could take lessons from her / them!

I purchased an Ocushield for my iPad. I do believe it does make a difference. I found it a bit fiddly to get flat but once that was done have had no problems since.

Shame as the blue light filter was beneficial.
Bought the blue filter, privacy screen protector 28th April and it arrived a few days later. Today the screen has easily chipped at edge in my pocket with nothing else in the pocket. This is pretty poor quality. Shame as the filter was working for me. Won’t be a returning customer.
**update as if 10th June 2026**
Ocushield customer service contacted me and offered a replacement blue light screen protector. Hopefully this will last longer. The filter works well for me as previously mentioned.
It arrived on the updated date above and again on applying it as per instructions, still had a few bubbles under it, that a credit card tool would help get rid of. I managed after 10 minutes of hard elbow grease.
I have to say the customer service has been 5 stars. Thanks again.

Very effective product!
The only thing i had an issue with was that a couple of my products were out of stock and i had to wait another month before i finally got them. And I had to reach out to them to inquire about the status. But the customer service is still amazing. Also, the glasses genuinely do work very well.
