They sourced a replacement 16 pin cable for my PSU & sent it out in about 15 minutes. Unbelievable service. I've built my entire PC with NZXT and this is one of the main reasons why. Cheers Patrick.

RMA about RGB Core Fans

RMA about RGB Core Fans, they send me brand new F360 Rgb Core and F420 Rgb Core, the negotiations took about a week but it was resolved as I wanted.

NZXT Repair and Replace

I was having some issues with my computer randomly freezing and shutting down. I’ve been NZXT customer for about 10 years, buying prebuilt and building my own.

The call I made to support staff was very easy and I could understand exactly what to do to prepare and package my computer for shipping. My customer service rep emailed me back every time I had a question and was very communicative throughout the entire process.

Once the computer shipped, it was there within two days and was back at my house working perfectly brand new within the week. Excellent experience despite negative media recently.

NZXT est une excellente marque, j’adore leur produits et je salue la qualité du logiciel NZXT cam. Leur service client est exceptionnel.

J’ai récemment eu un léger soucis de « décoloration » sur un watercooling d’une ancienne gamme (Kraken X53), j’ai contacté le service client sans grand espoir étant donné qu’il avait plus de 3 ans. J’ai eu la bonne surprise d’apprendre que mon produit était garantie 6 ans, et surtout j’ai eu la chance de pouvoir échanger avec un service client hyper réactif, patient et compréhensif. Je remercie à nouveau Juan A qui m’a guidé avec beaucoup d’amabilité et de patience dans la procédure RMA pour mon produit. Les délais de remplacement ont été d’environ 2 semaines et demies, sachant qu’il y avait des jours fériés sur la période. Merci beaucoup NZXT pour le support SAV que vous offrez à vos clients. Je recommande la marque.

Great Company and Customer Support

I have purchased twice with them now my most recent purchase (2026) the GPU didn’t work. Huge shout out to Juan with customer service. Fast response, fast replacement, and overall very friendly and communicative. It is rare to receive that from customer service these days.

Amazing customer experience

I ordered a custom pre-built a couple years ago and recently ran into a PSU failure (not an NZXT part). When reaching out to customer service, responses were fast and instructions were clear. Unfortunately, I hadn’t saved the original box the PC was shipped in (which they instruct you to do, this is totally my fault) and I was easily able to buy a replacement box with packing material on the website. The entire customer experience has been amazing.

Additionally, When looking through the 1 star reviews out of curiosity, I noticed that there is a response to every single bad review. The staff take the time to help and, in my case, have been extremely helpful and effective. I highly recommend using NZXT for pc needs.

Incredible Support

Incredible Support: had a Kraken Z63 for 5+ Years, the pump suddenly started working. Contacted Support, within 15 minutes I received instructions for in-field destruction, followed them and after a few weeks I received an upgraded new, free of cost replacement. Sebastian the agent was incredible professional and stayed in touch until I confirmed I had received the replacement.
