they charged my credit card, without noticing me, extra $19.76 for shipping.
that was after $29.5 for the shipping when i did the order.
plus, they charged me for extra $9.36 taxes that were not supposed to be paid!
for a $72 i've paid an extra of $58.

However, when declaring to customs, we must provide the actual product value to ensure the shipment clears without any delays or suspicion. Terrible. I paid extra for express international shipping to Australia. My order shipped all over USA and has been stuck in Mexico with no change for over 20 days. Nutriessential don’t respond to emails. I will have to go to my bank tomorrow to get a refund. Very disappointed

I emailed the company 2 weeks after my purchase due to no update on my order. Emily explained that my email address must have been incorrect. She did provide me a tracking and requested that keep her posted once my order arrives - which it did in perfect condition :)

This was the worst experience of online ordering for me. I had an urgent order of a supplement and it has been over a month and isn’t even near of getting my product. Their team is extremely terrible at communicating or assisting. Don’t order from here.

I’ve checked your order, and since it’s an international shipment to Switzerland, it was dispatched from our facility on August 7 via USPS (tracking number: LS003782964US). You can track it anytime at www.usps.com. International deliveries can take a bit longer because of customs and local postal handling, but your package is definitely on its way. Nutriessential - Poor Customer Service and Response to Requests
I placed an order and was shocked to see an extremely high shipping charge — even higher than the price of the product. The total was around $70 CAD for something that costs just a few dollars. I immediately contacted the company the very same minute to request a cancellation, explaining that I did not expect such a charge.
However, they completely ignored my message for three days. By the time they finally replied, they said, “Sorry, but our store policy doesn’t allow us to cancel once the order is shipped” — even though the delay in responding was entirely their fault. They shifted all the blame onto me instead of taking responsibility for ignoring my urgent request.
This experience showed me they care little about customer satisfaction and resolving issues quickly.
