Incredible Professionalism and Insight from Steve and the Nu-Heat Team
The initial consultation for an underfloor heating project was fantastic. Even though the project had to be postponed due to manufacturer warranty issues on the new house, the service received was impressive. Steve and the team at Nu-Heat demonstrated an incredible level of professionalism, carefully walking through all potential risks and ensuring the full picture was understood before proceeding. Great products but let down…
Fabulous products offering by let down by poor and inconsistent communication when things go wrong. I raised concerns two weeks ago, have had to chase to get any kind of information and when I have raised a complaint, there has been no follow up over a week later. I am only writing this review because noone has bothered to have the cortest to call me. They go at their own pace at Nu Heat...snails pace

I have an old Nu-Heat system (purchased in 1998), and needed to update the circuit board. I was pleasantly surprised when speaking to the technical rep that he could pull up my original specification from the QR ref. Discussing the system with knowledge he emailed me the technical spec I required to convert from the old circuit to the new one. Very impressed.
