We believe that travel insurance should be available to as many people as possible. People up to the age of 75 can be covered (70 on Annual policies), all pre-existing medical conditions are considered with many covered free. Over 100 sports and activities are already covered on all of our travel insurance policies with additional activity packs available if required.

Hi Miss Coulson, we aim to keep insurance as simple as possible to allow you time to focus on your trip!
Now only provide cover, CSAL ignore claim
You get cover from Now Insurance but if you need to make a claim they use a company called CSAL, look at their Trustpilot reviews it is awful most people would give 0* if possible. My advice would be to check with any insurance company who or how to make a claim and if they use CSAL then avoid them, pretty much all I can see that Now Travel insurance do is provide a statement of cover and take your money, they don't actually do anything else.

Having never claimed before once I tried calling to claim I was told to fill in claim form online with all documentation receipts etc (8 pages of test results and 600 euros in receipts) which I have done says online it takes 31 days to reply it is now over 31 days I have tried again online and been told a member of our dedicated team will contact you shortly this was a week ago how long is shortly???

Refuse claims even if you are covered!
Despite being covered for the absolute disaster we faced on holiday and following exactly the advice they gave me to ensure compensation Now Travel Insurance have rejected my claim and have been COMPLETELY impossible to contact. I have phoned and been promised a call back with NO call back. I have emailed repeatedly and only ever get a generic reply saying it will take them 6 weeks to reply! Shocking service, awful communication and I would not recommend trusting this insurance company AT ALL!
