Here at NOW Travel Insurance Services, we endeavour to make the buying of travel insurance as quick and as stress-free as possible. We believe that travel insurance should be available to as many people as possible. People up to the age of 75 can be covered (70 on Annual policies), all pre-existing medical conditions are considered with many covered free. Over 100 sports and activities are already covered on all of our travel insurance policies with additional activity packs available if required.

I ordered this online, but it was a but if a surprise that doc would be emailed to me days later, rather than me going online to access my insurance policy. Not an issue as I have received the email - just a surprise!!

Going to need to go to ombudsman
Still no response from them despite putting in my claim for luggage delay nearly three weeks ago. When I phoned to complain - and finally got through - they said someone would phone. Needless to say this didn’t happen so I called again, and they said they would mark it as urgent. I did receive a missed call on 8 August while I was in the bath, with no caller id. It went off just as I staggered out of the bath and there has been no further attempt. My earlier view still stands - their main desire is to grab money, not provide a service. The high satisfaction ratings on trustpilot are nearly all for the ease with which someone could enter into the contract and pay money, not get the benefits for which they contracted
