Deposited 6k total into this account. Spun it up to 15k, received an email out of the blue saying my account was closed permanently and the deposits sent back. Stealing scam artists, the worst I’ve ever seen.

Hi I joined novibet because of the promotions and had bit of luck after a while,when I tried to withdraw what I had won I recieved an email saying my account was not verified and I had to send picture of driving licence front and back and a picture of utility bill with address on it,I did this an while I was waiting I looked up the reviews,I was worried when I read what other people had written about novibet an thought forget it I have no hope of seeing a penny,next day less than 24hours I recieved an email saying account verified and the money was sent to my account,I have been scammed in the past by con sites as far as I can say this is not a scam site if you are going to gamble odds are always in favour of the book maker dont gamble if you cant handle losing

Sportsbook is a scam. If you manage to win they won't just limit you, but find ways to lock your account and take your money.

Can't comment on their sportsbook, But their casino is a pile of garbage, next time I want to lighten my wallet I'll put the money down the toilet instead - better chance of it coming back out, no bonuses, not even a small win until you down and not gettingg back near what you put back in. Recommend not using this casino.

Crap company, every “promotion” have a crap hidden and trick behind it. When I wanted to pull my money back they asked 10 documents to verify my identity, ok I said, I sent everything and I got my account verified. Hour later I get another email saying that because of their “anti fraud policy “ they cancelled my withdrawal and they are KINDLY asking me to bet my full 20€ xD Just imagine that fcukin donkeys. First betting company wich is asking me to take picture of my credit card? really? so yea, stay away from this donkeys and use paddy power or bet365 like normal person.

I signed up yesterday, on the free bet i won 110 euro and they approved my ID and documentation as part of KYC then i received the email congrats kyc has been approved. The withdraw did not happen and they sent me an email today asking for loads more documentation that is not in there T&C This crowd are a scam run by fraudsters. There is no way i will get the 110 euro they are asking for 4 new documents that i dont have when i am already KYC approved

Unfortunately I played in lots of casinos and I guess when you loose money it is kinda normal to feel cheated but lets face it casinos will always win. At this casino it was so obvious something is a bit fishy from day one. First time I played I won more than £1000 on a slot!! and I was not even playing big bets, I got jackpot on a slot that I have been playing for maybe 15 years and has never ever come up before.
Second day I signed in the same slot had the stop button removed which I thought it was bit strange, the loosing streak started.
Unfortunately I played for months and lost a lot of money. The slots in general behaved weird, playing for hours and never going above what you have put in, just before you about to run out of credits it will give you something and maybe gets up to what you have put it on the day, this was going on for 5, 6 or even 8 hours playing. To me this seems to be a way of showing that it gives you a % back from what you put in but was always when you were almost at £0.
I can go on forever about this casino but the most obvious incident that kinda proved how dodgy this company is/was is when at some point I started winning something back. For maybe 2 or 3 days I was doing well and had almost 30% of my money back, suddenly the two slots that I was mostly playing stopped working, every time I was trying to go on them I was getting an error, all other slots were working fine!!!!
I contacted customer support they told me to clear cache, switch browsers etc. that I did anyway even tho I knew that this will not fix anything, how all other slots work fine?
I was logging in and trying for maybe a week but always the same error only on those slots I was always playing, finally suddenly the error stopped and I was back on those slots but guess what? My winning streak had disappeared.
I started loosing again and almost at the point that a was about to close my account customer services contacted me asking me to put a limit on my deposits because am spending to much and they want customers to enjoy the experience! That was after I have lost a fortune!!! LOL
I was trying hard to stay calm and not give him a piece of my mind as I had already decided to close account.
As I said before unfortunately I have played in lots of casinos, online and real ones, I enjoy gambling and I can say I have a problem, I do stop for a year or two but then I get the urge to play again. I will loose a bit and then stop again. Only once I managed to win something decent and close account before I start loosing again. Gambling is bad especially if you cant control yourself but from all the casinos I’ve played this one was the one that I can really say it was pure robbery. Awful experience. I wish I wrote this review earlier and maybe save some people but when I came to check reviews they had so many bad reviews that I thought mine was not really needed. I just wish I had checked trust-pilot before I opened my account with novibet.

Lads, I joined this week. Have had plenty of winners with 4 withdrawals, all paid within 2 working days. Documentation is an easy process aswell. Standard documents all betting sites ask for. Took 1 day to get my account verified. Unsure what the fuss is about. Site is grand. A little more on the golf betting and would be a great site.

They offer a €10 deposit and free bet system. You put the 10 on. It loses. No free bets.

I'm really sorry that many people complained about this betting company, and I really hope you can get your money back.
My experience with them has been great tbh. The odds were higher than any other provider and the website allowed quick searches (made my life easier to find games). Although the overall webiste needed a bit of work. Am I the onlyone being sorry for this? I only freaked out when I read all this negative reviews because I had about 1k of withdrwas pending as my accaunt wasnt verified. This morning I received the money so I was scared of nothing. I will miss it and I really hope you all guys manage to get money back.

Horrendous bookie. Worst I've experienced. Made me jump through hoops with ridiculous verifications when I withdrew in January. Not forgetting that they already had ID and proof of address when opening the account. After a withdrawal request they asked for: photos of bank cards, bank statements accurate to the bank cards, bank statement showing a deposit to Novibet. Then they wanted a bank statement showing an Iban code... Unluckily for them, they had no choice to then proceed with my withdrawal. I worry how many peoole they have stolen from. No surprise that they have surrendered their UK Gambling license today. Got my money out but I worry that they will cause problems for most.

That's how the story goes :
I opened the account, had some small but consistent winnings on casino.
Outcome: Removed the auto cashout from that casino game(aviator) and excluded me from any casino bonus.
I have a live chat screenshot with them blutantly admitting that the reason I was excluded from the bonuses was the positive outcome.
I switched from casino to football betting had some winnings (approx. 500£) and then suddenly I was told that due to loss limits(???!!) my maximum deposit amount is 1£ per month. In other words they closed my account and they required tons of paperwork(p60, payslips, 3 month statements etc) to get it back.
Suggestion :There are so many betting sites out there, stay away from those crooks.

They advised that all players had a 2 hour daily limit after which they deactivate your account for 24 hours. Very frustrating. I closed my account as I think many players will in future. What are they thinking of? Certainly not their customers.

As per many of the comments below please be aware. This company is purely a scamming site that wants to get as much information from you as possible. I was asked for wage slips, p60s, 3 months full bank statements (photo not accepted, had to be pdf file). Tax returns, second bank statements. They accused me of money laundering because there were several transactions between me and another person. That person was my wife! Since ive joined ive had spam emails, mail in the post and phone calls from companies ive never been in touch with. Also had my email, netflix and facebook account attempted to be hacked. Coincidence? I think not. Avoid at all cost

Verified me on sign up, won £400 from the free bet then suspended my account and want documents I don’t have. Honestly awful

I joined novibet because I wanted to play tome of madness. When, I first joined they gave me a bonus and I have managed to make 50 pounds to 700+. However, I couldn't touch the money because of the bonus. So, I continued playing. With a few words the amount went to zero till I unlock the money.
Apart from that, I have also added more money because I assumed that I was unlucky. However, the win rate and winnings were ridiculous compared to other websites.
