The worst taxi company in Nottingham. Unreliable, customer service lying through their teeth over the phone, representatives have 0 resect for time of their customers. Every few months I forget about it and call them for a service, only to regret it greatly not long after that. Booked at 5 am, been told taxi is 3-4 minutes away multiple time by the reps over the phone since the tracking app "isn't working today". It is 5:40 am now, cars is nowhere to be seen, reps continue lying over the phone, I have nothing else to do but write reviews to warn others not to have faith in the services of this company

Probably the best taxi service in Nottingham! Very reliable and punctual service at a reasonable rate. Communication was prompt and easy. The driver was very polite, helpful and courteous. Strongly recommended.

Bought an Audi TTS from these guys in November, wanted to drive the car for a few month’s to make sure everything was ok with the car. So far the car is brilliant and reliable. Throughout the purchase I dealt with Jonathan who was great with all the information I needed. So a bit thank you to you guys. I’ll know where to look next time I want to buy a car.

Just phoned to get some reassurance before purchasing the car that if it wasn't as expected I would be able to return - I really liked the vehicle had the money transferred into my account to make the purchase but was met with a tirade of defensive ramblings from someone who presented themselves as the Director of the company!!! Basically telling me its an 11 year old car and obviously would have problems with it and if I wasn't sure not to bother- so guess what - I won't
Then I decided to check out reviews on the company and there's so so many complaints about the Director of the company
Glad I didn't do business with them which is a shame because I really liked the vehicle but can't imagine what I'd come up against if I did have a problem!!!
Directors like that dont deserve to have successful companies especially with whats going on in the world.
I'd like to thank the Director for stopping me making a massive mistake by spending my hard earned money at his business

Excellent customer service. Reliable and professional. Much better than DG, who did not value me as a customer, and provided a poor service delivery.

I am a student that has recently moved to Nottingham and have been using these since Uber has increased the prices. So far happy with the service and the app.

Never had a problem with the taxi bookings I had made in advance as both taxis turned up at the time I wanted them and both the drivers were friendly/easy to talk to.

If I am ever in the Nottingham area again then I would definitely use this company again.
