Tour ben organizzato, molto bello per ammirare i luoghi essenziali in poco tempo

The itinerary was good and the guide was great.
The weather was not fully on our side and we could not enjoy the Standa as much as we would have wanted, but the experience was good.

Gids had goede en veel informatie over alle stops en meer.. geen lange stiltes tussen informatie.. ze was super enthousiast en ging helemaal uit dr dak toen bij redelijk onstuimig weer de gondels toch naar boven op mount stranda gingen

Booked in the UK, kept informed all the way.
Picked the coach by the cruise ship. Danni the tour guide was very informative. The glacier was spectacular, lots of photos and videos taken.
The glacier is a 45 minute walk to it from the car park and the same to return. The walk up is pretty strenuous, well I found it so, obvs not as fit as I thought. it was worth the effort though.
However, for those who may not be so able there is a Trollcar service that can take you to the top, from what we heard you would need to book in advance.
Would definitely recommend this company and tour.

Tout d'abord nous pensions avoir les explications du circuit en français comme c'était proposé lors de la réservation. Ensuite circuit fait au pas de course avec trop peu de temps lors des arrêts. Excursion beaucoup trop chère pour ce dont nous avons bénéficié. A éviter.

Super excursion. Fair price; great comms; on-time departure. comfy coach, safe driving on mountain passes; good tour guides, and simply amazing scenery. Could not better.

The excursion was very well organized. The bus driven by Julian - the best bus driver in Norway - was comfortable and we had a fantastic Dutch-speaking guide - Denise.
The only small problem was the scarcity of toilets on our route but this seems a rather general problem of countryside Norway.

Makkelijk te boeken. Duidelijke uitleg over de excursie. Goede prijsstelling. Jammer dat de excursie pas realistisch kan worden aangeboden na mei. Mount Dalsnibba is dan pas zeker sneeuwvrij. Het alternatief wat men aanbiedt is een meertje twee tellen verwijderd van de Eagle Road. Dat is echt geen vervanging. Wederom een dubbel dekker bus met beperkte hoogte en beslist niet overal vrij zicht. Leuk als je voorin zit want de weg is spectaculair. De rest krijgt dit niet echt mee.
Advies is deze tocht ter plekke te boeken. Er zijn meer dan genoeg aanbieders en je wilt wel wat zien. Aan het begin van het seizoen geeft veel te veel risico op sneeuw/slecht weer/dichte mist en dan zie je zowel de Fjord niet echt of geraak je niet op de hoogvlakte/Mount Dalsnibba.

Prachtig beeld gekregen van de omgeving rondom Nordfjordeid. 5 stops gemaakt en de een nog adembenemender dan de ander. Voldoende tijd om foto’s te maken.
De gids ‘Dani’ vertelde mooie en informatieve verhalen. Hij sprak op een hele rustige manier in het Engels waardoor alle nationaliteiten het prima konden volgen. En niet te vergeten, Dani heeft een heel goed gevoel voor humor.
De buschauffeur reed erg prettig, gaf een veilig gevoel.
Wij hebben genoten van deze prachtige excursie.
Zeker 5 sterren waard.

El barco es excelente, muy funcional, moderno y de muy buen gusto. Las cabinas son excelentes, amplias y muy funcionales. Me gustó que hay elevadores más que suficientes que facilitan el moverse de un piso a otro sin tener nunca que esperar demasiado para un elevador.
NO ME GUSTÓ:
Todas las indicaciones en inglés, los menús en inglés, los comentarios del capitán en inglés, las instrucciones de cualquier funcionario o empleado en inglés, y el entretenimiento en inglés. Todo sin traducción al español que es la lengua más hablada en el mundo como primer idioma. Se me hizo una verdadera descortesía, sobretodo por la cantidad de huéspedes de habla hispana que recibe el barco, independientemente de que hablen o no inglés.
Otra cosa que verdaderamente me molestó fué la falta de shows musicales que por serlo, son internacionales, y que el único show musical que hubo fue con una gran parte hablada en inglés que tampoco se tradujo. Los shows que presentaban eran totalmente dirigidos a gente de habla inglesa: comediantes, magos comediantes. Es importante resaltar que los comediantes no solo eran de habla inglesa, sino que además tienen un sentido del humor no multicultural, sino muy sajón que no hace gracia a ningún latino, incluyendo a america Latina, a España, a Francia, a Italia y a Rumania.
La experiencia en el Comodoro el primer día no fue agradable por la falta de flexibilidad de los camareros o el capitán. Las mesas se reservaron para el grupo pero no todos llegaron al mismísimo tiempo y no nos querían servir porque faltanban personas. También no escucharon bien lo que se pidió y alegaban insistentemente que eso se había pedido, hasta que me enojé y exigí que me trajeran lo que había pedido. Esto me pasó tanto con el plato fuerte como con el café. No me hubiera importado si el camarero inmediatamente hubiera retirado el plato pidiéndome disculpas en vez de quedarse discutiendo de que yo había pedido eso. En general se puede decir que los empleados son amables, pero no diría que la ambilidad es una característica de este barco, como lo es en otros que he tomado. La amabilidad de algunos se siente programada, no sentida.

A great tour, well organised with friendly guide and driver, all at a fraction of the price charged by the cruise lines.

The excursion was absolutely wonderful and very affordable compared to the excursion the cruise ship offered. Denise our guide was very knowledgeable about the area and her country. She was full of personality!
Emil our bus driver was fantastic. Going up narrow mountain roads with switchbacks on a huge bus could be scary but it wasn't. I felt perfectly safe.
Cruise lines can sometimes scare you telling you that local tour companies won't guarantee that you will get back to the ship before it leaves.
Norway Excursions does and has plans formulated in case of mechanical breakdowns. They guarantee you will arrive back in time. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to take another if I'm ever in Norway again.

Esperienza indimenticabile, gita meravigliosa sotto il ghiacciaio, lungo un percorso di 40 minuti facilissimo da percorrere a piedi tra rapide e cascate.
Le ragazze sono state accoglienti gentilissime e sorridenti, il mio tour era in Italiano, Tedesco e alcuni Francesi.

Es war ein ganz toller Ausflug mit Julia.
Sehr informativ und entspannend.
Wir würden jederzeit hier noch einmal buchen.

De boeking was gemakkelijk en snel. Er werden verschillende remindermails gestuurd over de datum en begintijd. De mensen van Norway Excursions stonden ons op te wachten bij de cruiseterminal en ons naar klaarstaan bussen geleid. De excursie was prachtig, begeleid door een bekwame gids. We werden ook netjes op tijd teruggebracht naar het cruiseschip. Een aanrader, ook gezien de prijs.

We had a lovely time on this fantastic tour. The guide was exceptional and super informative. Without a doubt I would recommend this company. They were punctual, kept us informed and provided fantastic service.

Short walk from cruise terminal to boat. Guide was very informative on the boat- loads of information.
Viking village was good, however the ‘Viking ‘ tour guide was informative but kept us standing for a long time giving us information when we wanted to explore the village and ask questions on the way. I do not have mobility problems but for those who did there was nowhere to sit.
Overall, a good visit, but the Viking Village need to rethink their talk.
