The front sash windows of my Georgian cottage (in a Conservation area), were all in need of replacement. I came across North London Box Sash company by lucky chance.

Their free quote for total replacement with double glazed wood like-for-like sashes was carried out meticulously, and supplied with full illustrated technical explanation, (included installation and removal of the old windows). I had had rough quotes before, but felt that their service and product offered was very competitive.

It’s rare to be able to say right from initial enquiry, quote, acceptance contract, through to installation, I was really impressed with the quality and top skill professionalism of all who were involved. It was a genuine pleasure to have used North London Box Sash company and I remain grateful for the superb appearance of the windows, inside and out, as well as the noticeable difference in insulation with double glazing!

The team were brilliant from start to finish. They were responsive, reliable and the end result is of a great quality. We had a sash window replaced and had such a good experience we asked them to then replace two further windows. Could not recommend highly enough.

The difference in heat retention in the rooms is extraordinary.

Everyone arrived at the time they said they would arrive and finished by the time they said they would be finished.
We were warned that removal of the old windows would produce dust - and it did - but the installers worked hard to mitigate that and were a pleasure to have in the house.

I can not recommend this company highly enough - mark, luke and guys are top their game. Replaced all my wooden sash windows and doors to exact match of original Edwardian design. Best investment I made.

Responded quickly with a fair quotation and kept to the agreed deadline for installation of two replacement double-glazed sliding sash windows with frames. Windows are excellent - train noise and draughts are a thing of the past - and work was done efficiently.We will use Mark and his team again.

Happy with the work. I bought my window online but was looking for someone to fit it as my builder let me down. Mark installed two large bay windows and a single box sash this week. I couldn't recommend him and his team more. Incredible build quality, great value and very little disturbance during the 3 day process. The house was left more tidy than they found it!

This was the second time we have used North London Box Sash. In both cases we replaced modern double glazed windows (installed in the 1980's) with Box Sash windows.
