The collection of the van went well, your staff were friendly and thorough.
I was told that the van would be collected two days ago, so I've had to stay in for the last two days for no reason, when I could have been working away from home.

We're very sorry, however, to learn that you were advised the vehicle would be collected two days earlier and that this resulted in you having to remain at home unnecessarily. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been, particularly when it impacted your ability to work elsewhere.

We take all customer feedback seriously and are disappointed to learn that you feel your latest experience has not reflected the level of service we strive to provide.
