Excellent customer service
This is the second time I've used Northgate, and they were again, brilliant! While I had the hire vehicle, they were easy to contact, very helpful answering all my calls promptly and questions politly. Vicky, who had dropped off the car and collected it today was very professional, polite and upbeat, contacted me to give me an ETA, called back to let me know she had been slightly delayed and still managed to be bang on time. Absolute shit hole
Absolute shit hole , customer service sucks , trying to reverse got pretty much pushed backwards out to yard ended up losing a mirror which ill no doubt be charged for , now been told an hour for a fuel filter change , avoid

Great experience with NorthGate Vehicle Services. Open from 8am which makes collections nice and easy for early vehicle movements on trade plates. Really friendly bunch on site, helpful staff and a smooth handover process. Bonus having toilets and coffee available while waiting. Definitely a handy place for drivers doing transport movements.

Been to northgate vehicle hire to get two tyres on the work van had to wait over two hours but it was busy tim was very helpful even gave us tea and and biscuits while we wated👌

I use the reading branch with my work vehicle and there is a always a friendly face when you walk in . great service from both the guys on the front desk and the guys in the work shop, happy to help with any questions i had would highly recommend to anyone in the future.
