Awful throughout
Awful service throughout. Got promised the world by the account manager. Signed up and have done nothing but return vans due to faults. Now they are trying to charge us for the replacement vans as well as the original vans. Account manager has wiped his hands and said he's the middle man. Depot manager speaks to you like rubbish and lies through teeth. Trying to deal with CS team to resolve only to now be told i need to return all vans for nothing more than they are having a paddy. Please avoid especially at an enterprise level

I had a lovely experience dealing with the vehicle that needed repairs here. I was served by a gentleman called steve who showed incredible hospitality and really took care of what needed to be done! I even asked on progress and he went straight away and found out for me which showed the care he has for his customers. Definitely recommend this branch

Requested a tyre change asap, driver arrived at the depot and the staff onsite arranged and completed in super time so we could go about our business without too much disruption. Thank you to all involved especially Sally :)

Arrived and was told it got booked in by another department and everyone went on their lunch at 1, my appointment was at 1! Then one of the mechanics (Del) said he would do it. Very quick and saved me hanging about for an extra hour. Great service

First class service - easy from the start making the booking with the workshop to dropping the vehicle off and collecting once work had been carried out - contact was constant so we were aware throughout what was happening

To be honest, found the whole expierence a pleasure. I would like to thank Simon Wilson as his contribution made the hire very easy, even down to the collection time . When he advised the collection would be ready at 8am it was ready at 8 am on the dot. Thank you.
