Staff were excellent
Staff were excellent. Van had been suffering problems for a while. Took it in unannounced and they diagnosed the problem and managed to source a replacement vehicle. George the tech and Keith were excellent and very helpful.

MOT booked 2pm
Had an MOT booked for 2pm, turned up earlier (11AM) but said they can’t look at it until the booking time. It’s 3pm and it’s still not moved out the parking space I put it in. I also told them a list of issues that wasn’t sorted the previous time I came in with the van and said they will look at these before but hadn’t. Was Also supposed to have a utility van replacement but they don’t have one and expect me to just drive off in a normal van.
Van has finally moved, it’s 3.10pm and told they’re just going to do diagnostics on the van and order parts that are needed!
Considering I booked in this appointment with head office and asked for a replacement utility van and said about existing issues to the van, the workshop is clearly out of its depth with workload and personnel.
Not great experience for the last couple of visits.

Fantastic service from Northgate
Fantastic service from Northgate. Whenever we had an issue with our vans, I was able to bring it in without an appointment. Sak and Minde are always offering helpful service to our company.

From the first inquiry to rent a van,Nothgate in Luton has been really helpful and nothing seems an effort for them to help. We have had the van hire for nearly 2 years and the service has continued to be excellent.

Vast improvement on previous visits !
I have been using Northgate Van Hire Luton for my work van for a few years now. In the past it hasn’t been the best experience, but my latest mot/service visit was a lot better. My van had to stay in for work, and Mindy from the front of house was absolutely brilliant, went above and beyond to make sure I had a van to take away, the communication was perfect and the whole scenario went aswell as it possibly could have! Very impressed with the new leadership that I witnessed
