I recently spoke with Kayleigh Cross, from the Leeds branch to book a service, and she was fantastic. She was incredibly helpful, worked around my driver’s availability without any issue, and provided excellent customer service throughout. Really appreciated her support and understanding.

Went for a minor service today the staff were great special mention to Reese the mechanic who worked on my van NU74PUV. Was done in 1hr and explained everything to me. Also booking in was quick and easy thanks Kaylee.

We have been working with Northgate for a long time, and over the past couple of years, I’ve found working directly with Kayleigh Cross to be a much smoother experience. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her—she is always helpful, organised, and works hard to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible.
While we do encounter occasional hiccups, Kayleigh does her best to resolve them within the limits of what Northgate allows. Her support has definitely made a positive difference.
