Took my van in for a repair. Excellent service and felt well looked after. Warm and welcoming, knowledgeable staff. Kristen got me a much appreciated drink whilst I waited. Erika explained the fault found and how they would resolve it, Ellie explained when it could be done for and between the team they even managed to get me home as the van couldn't be repaired until the afternoon and I had other things to do later that morning. Overall great experience, well done Northgate Hull.

Excellent customer service from both Kristen and Ellie whilst completing a van changeover.
They were extremely helpful, courteous and professional with a cheery disposition which brightened up the day.
No amount of questions was too much.
I can honestly say, in all my years, that visiting a vehicle hire company was an absolute pleasure.

Very welcoming staff and professional service. Well equipped waiting area with snacks and drinks as well as free WiFi. Kristen and Nigel were incredibly helpful and made me comfortable while I waited and the mechanics team serviced my van quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommended.

I brought the van in with the engine…
I brought the van in with the engine management light on and was seen by Chris at hull depot and was back on the road very fast after he done a oil change and took the van on a test drive to make sure everything was good to go. Very satisfied
