Had a hire van but thought I lost my own car key and when returned van a luke found my key in van and has returned it to me great bloke great service

On multiple occasions tried to…
On multiple occasions tried to terminate my hire car agreement before my car was repaired even though they had contractually agreed with my insurer to give me this hire car until my car is repaired. Very illegal company I see why there trust pilot score is so low before paying for fake reviews, won’t be surprised to see them getting sued shortly.

Absolutely Fantastic Experience
I must say, I wasn't expecting such a brilliant experience from this branch, after my car was driven into, my insurance organised me a car while mine was in for repair. I was still feeling low and still shook up I guess, then I got a phone call from Luke, within a few minutes for talking with him. It was like my joy had returned. He listen to me, he asked what car I drove and what I was expecting, then he offered me a lovely Sportage as it fitted my size criteria. It was lovely, he gave me an approx time of delivery and the guys were really lovely who delivered it. Luckily it was an Auto like mine due to my bad leg, after a week or so mine was ready. And it was organised for the car to be returned, Again Luke was on the phone and asked how I was doing, how the leg was, He remembered me, now that’s customer service, I told him I fell in love with the car. And it would be my next one I buy. They collected without a hitch and now I’m back on my own wheels. A definite 5 stars to them. And I hope that if I ever deal with Northgate again it will be with Luke. He’s a credit to the company and his manager and higher ups should be proud. He’s the same guy who delt my my work vans loan and works vans crash and he made me feel much better after that one as well.
