Van was recovered into Egham was given a replacement vehicle straight away. When collecting my vehicle the lady at the desk charlene was very helpful and patient as i had a lot of items to switch over.

After dealing with the guys today over in the Egham branch I can’t thank them enough. it’s by far the best experience I’ve had, they made sure to sort me out with a replacement vehicle even though being so busy and there being a problem with my account. I had to wait for more than 2 hours for a flat tire, and that is because they didn’t fix it last time i was here (waiting for 3 hours also), they just changed with my spare, living me without spare tire.
