Excellent Service
Excellent service receptionist very polite and made a good impression for the company. I was told when my hire car would be delivered and Lee who delivered my car took me through everything I needed to know. He also made sure that the car was suitable for me and I knew how everything worked. He was very polite which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend Northgate they provided 100% service.

Time Critical Repairs !!
As a business that delivers works through the night and weekends on Rail Infrastructure, when a vehicle becomes unroadworthy and needs to come into Northgate Dartford, i know that i can rely on the customer care from Karen, Darren and the wonderful technician's Liam and Matthew to get that vehicle back on the road in time for the next shift!! Dal came to hand over the car. It was a smooth and quick process. The car was in a good condition and cleaned from inside. Outside it was not perfectly clean but overall.a good experience.

Great northgate center.
Natalie and Taylor both carried out repairs on my vehicle when I had a problem with the engine.
After a busy bank Holiday weekend, the team managed to get my van sorted in good time and friendly service.
Would recommend this hire place if you need a vehicle.
