Great service, always.
The team are always helpful, welcoming and efficient at dealing with van problems. Natalie and Chloe are always on hand to assist and make the fixing and service a smooth and hassle free experience. They are very good at keeping me up to date with the progress of work being done and very helpful in sorting out issues as they arise.

Excellent Service
Excellent service receptionist very polite and made a good impression for the company. I was told when my hire car would be delivered and Lee who delivered my car took me through everything I needed to know. He also made sure that the car was suitable for me and I knew how everything worked. He was very polite which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend Northgate they provided 100% service.

Time Critical Repairs !!
As a business that delivers works through the night and weekends on Rail Infrastructure, when a vehicle becomes unroadworthy and needs to come into Northgate Dartford, i know that i can rely on the customer care from Karen, Darren and the wonderful technician's Liam and Matthew to get that vehicle back on the road in time for the next shift!!
