Excellent Service
We deal with Northgate, Cardiff on a daily basis and the service is always very helpful.

Charge extortionate prices for terrible quality vehicles. Then try and charge you nearly £7000 in damages for car parking dents.

Car went for a routine oil change and from driving into the branch the customer service was first class. Offer of tea as I was waiting and checking I was OK and comfortable. Peter Atkins came through from the workshop when completed and talked through all the other checks that had been carried out in addition. What great service ! 👏

Van engine oil top up
Called into Northgate Cardiff because van had low oil. Always great service from Vicky at the vehicle hire reception told her is there any chance you could help me out and see if one of the fitters can top up my oil. Vicky dealt with it straight away and was on the case checking when the fitter had done the oil as I needed to get back to work asap. Great service!
