We have had a consistently positive experience with Northgate Vehicle Hire. The service provided by the Blaydon branch team has been reliable, professional, and responsive. Staff are always helpful and communicate clearly. Any issues are dealt with quickly, and where necessary, replacement vehicles are provided to minimise downtime. The workshop team do a great job of keeping vehicles road ready, which is essential for our operations. After experiencing communication…
After experiencing communication challenges and setbacks, Bobby and his team—particularly Liam, who went above and beyond by canceling his Friday night and Saturday plans to drive a minibus from Gateshead to Wales—demonstrated exceptional dedication. Their efforts went far beyond their usual responsibilities, especially considering that the real shortcomings came from individuals at a higher level.
