The jacket i bought was a cheap Chinese knock off, nothing like advertised!
Refund requested and was told to send the item back to China, at my cost, for a full refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Compré un vestido que debía llegar a los 15 días y no llega. Al rastrear el envío la información es deficiente. Y hoy, al ingresar para revisara el estado del envío la tienda aparece cerrada temporalmente.
Un desastre!

I’ve received yesterday the items I purchased in your website of Norabele.
Unfortunately the dresses doesn’t match with the pictures I’ve seen and the material are really low quality.
I would like to send them back and get my money back from the refund , they never back to me . The website says is out of order and impossible to send them back . Not even worth for a cheap costume party !! Completely scam online!

I would give 0 if I could. I ordered two dresses and the arrived about 2 months later. They are cheaply made not the same material color or gen pattern as the pictures. I have been emailing 4x daily finally got a reply they said I can keep them and get $7 back . I have emailed back saying I want a full refund of 52.60 what I paid. I don’t want these cheap tacky dresses. No response so the battle continues. These should be blocked off Facebook etc and banned disgusting company massive scam!!

Honestly, if I could give this company a zero I would. The package arrived TWO AND A HALF MONTHS after I ordered. Service person told me it was because I ordered something they didn’t have… but still charged me for it…. After many emails to try and cancel they said no and offered me a $5 credit to their website. LAUGHABLE. when it finally arrived it was horrendous quality and not even close to what was advertised. Tried to return with zero response. Another horrid overseas scam. don’t waste your money.

Don't believe in the products and their policy.
They won't refund you, they won't answer you, or send you the label so you can return the products.
They charged me for two dresses.
One I didn't order, and they won't let me return it or get my money back for something I didn't buy.

Pls do not buy from them . The item received is nowhere near what they advertise
Refund process is painful- if possible (I’m about to find out )
Please do your research before purchasing from new sites

Terrible experience with Norabelle. Wrong size, bad quality, and no response about returns. You can’t return anything. This website need to be reported!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is a scam! Dress arrived but was the not dress pictured. They aren't responding to my emails. Its been weeks. I wish Instagram and Facebook would take these fake companies down and vet them first to confirm they are legit.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They are a scam! I ordered a dress and was sent a fake tracking number that says it was delivered to my town! Not my house, I emailed them and they advised me to go look for it! Uhm in a whole town! They refuse to refund my money and am currently disputing with my bank

Do never order something from the Company norable, they Said I can get my money back if the dresses doesn't fit, no they are saying we Do not take them back, you can just get 15 % discount, my size is medium I ordered in size XL but XL is to small, I also try to get my money back from Paypal, no Chance 79 usd is away I have 2 dresses they have Bad quality and to small, please never order something from this Page 🙏

Ce site est une arnaque, je n’ai jamais reçu mon colis et le SAV est en chinois. Attention vous allez-vous faire arnaquer !!!

Site chinois qui vends tout sauf ce qu'il y a en photo.
N'espérez pas un retour, ils vous font payer les fdp jusqu'en chine (une fortune), et finisse par vous dire qu'ils rendront seulement 15% du prix payé.
Les articles qu'ils vendent sont sur Temu, aliexpress et shein, bien moins cher..

Do not buy from this site.
Purchased a dress and what arrived look nothing like what it was supposed to.
The fabric is see through has threads hanging on it in balls.
They wont give me a refund.
Trying to fob me off with a 20% refund instead of the full amount.

Site à fuir ; il ne faut rien leur commander, votre colis n’arrive pas et ils se contentent de gagner du temps en vous faisant des mails bateaux disant qu’il faut se rapprocher de votre bureau de post. Inacceptable en tant que client de devoir se débrouiller et de ne pas avoir de remboursement pour un article non reçu. Ne vous embêter avec ce fabriquant chinois qui est très certainement de mauvaise qualité au vu du service client inexistant. Achetez français vous perdrez moins de temps et d’argent

Le pongo una estrella porque no puedo ponerles menos.
Me compré un "vestido", veréis la foto lo que parece, ahora no consigo devolverlo, en la web no funciona y no te contestan loa mails, 40€ tirados a la basura, porque solo vale para trapos. NO COMPREIS EN ESTA TIENDA

Te llega un producto que es distinto al de la foto, parecen disfraces en vez de ropa.
No se podría llevar por la calle de la mala calidad que tiene.
Luego te dicen que puedes devolverlo, pero que te haces cargo del gasto de envío, y si no, te dan la opción de quedarte el artículo a cambio de que te devuelven un tanto %, empiezan con el 10% y te estás un mes peleando hasta que en mi caso conseguí el 70% (de aquí no pasan)
Cuando aceptas te dicen que te lo devuelven del precio del artículo, sin contar los gastos de envío.
Yo compré un vestido de unos 39€ que con gastos de envío se fue a 47€, me aplicaron el 70% en los 39.
NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA, SON UNA PÉRDIDA DE TIEMPO Y DINERO.
