I’m not receiving my items two months

This company should be banned on ticktok. I placed an order for a blender since December. I am still waiting for the delivery.
I asked for a refund, no response from them.

I ordered an item 3month never received it still struggling to get to customer service I think I have been scammed

ordered an item got send a tracking number few weeks after it said it has been delivered but only God knows which address it was delivered to. It is a scam don’t ordered from them.Scam Scam Scam

Scooter was order 12.19.25, its now 2.1.26, and no delivery, I've tried to email multiple times, and no response.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

This company is fake.. Ripped me off. Do not spend any money with these idiot scam artists. I hope they end up in prison.its all a scam

ORDERED A SCOOTER IN DECEMBER 2025.I WAS TRACKING IT,THEN SUDDENLY THE TRACKING DIDAPPEARED,THEN THE COMPANY NIVANOO ALSO DISAPPEARED. I EMAILED THEM MANY TIMES,BUT NO RESPONSE..I AM PISSED..MONEY IS TIGHT.AND I AM A DISABLED PERSON..I WILL TRY TO GET A REFUND FROM MY BANK..THANK GOD,I KEPT SCREENSHOTS..

Scam. No package. No refund. Store no longer exists

This company is a scam.. anything associated with the company has to be aware of the scam. I'm Going to seek legal help to get my money and sue.. they should be held accountable for their deliberate and bold deceptions. My kids were truly hurt.. They may need therapy. They worked hard and saved their pennies.. just to be bilked and swindled. This is a great country. It's companies like this that shame us.i can't believe how deceitful this whole process continues to be.. it's still costing to track and investigate . We're writing a book.. this has to come to justice.. How many hearts have been broken like ours. ? This is truly a dreadful and devastating experience especially for the kids... They were just scrolling through Facebook and now this... I'm so sorry they as well as I myself have to endure this frustrating and traumatizing scam.. We are poor people surviving on a pittance and my kids work very hard and sacrificed everything with the hopes of having something decent to share with others in the neighborhood . I can't afford to reimburse them. It's really sad.. it's predatory and something needs to be done.. isn't this what jail cells and electric chairs are for? ?

Ich habe am 26.12.2025 etwas bestellt und mit klarna bezahlt, hatte auch eine bestätigung bekommen sowie sendungsnummer 3 oder 4 tage war die leider nicht mehr verfügbar und sehe es auch nicht ein zu bezahlen ohne das die ware angekommen ist also ich würde eigendlich nicht 1 stern für geben . Selber per mail bekommt man keine rück meldung traurig , werde auch zur polizei und anwalt gehen

Ordered the ninja food processor on the 17/12 the told me I’d receive the item on the 3/1 after several emails asking them
I still haven’t received the order and now no reply avoid at all cost scum

Bought an electric scooter before xmas 2025! GOT RIPPED OFF taken my money but no scooter!!! PAGE HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN NOW NO CONTACT WITH SELLER!!!! STAY AWAY

Same as everyone else. Ordered item, given tracking number. It stopped working, website as well. Did manage to keep tracking parcel through china post website. Eventually it said delivered but I didn’t receive anything. Managed to get my money back via bank.

Order for my son for Christmas and he was disappointed when it didn’t turn up and still not here ☹️ big scam

scammed me purchases a scooter, received tracking number but the page says error not found.

Sent ghost, only 17 tracking knows the tracking number, said that delivered, but never received anything, before I wanted to contact Nivanoo.com, never responded, well, thieves , Shop, too,never responded

Scam! Scam!! Scam!!!

I ordered a 3in1 blender on the 24th of December I was sent a tracking number after 15dayds it showed delivered but was never delivered I have asked my bank to reverse the payment as they are big scammers

Ordered item on 18/12 sent tracking info, now all of the tracking is unavailable as well as the actual site, no response from email. Avoid 100% scam. I feel very stupid for falling for it, but lesson learnt. Am attempting to recoup through klarna but I doubt I'll get anywhere!

Ho fatto un acquisto il 25 dicembre una macchina del caffè ma non lo ricevuta e nemmeno il sito non esiste più una truffa

Por favor não se deixem enganar esse site não hesiste é tudo mentira e todos caem , como é possível isto acontecer.
