Fantastically important for all those seeking to develop commercial property

Good customer service, excellent webinars, good site for property search with lots of depth, slightly buggy and the UI could be a little slicker but I'm sure that will come with time.

Excellent search tool, great for designers and developers. Easy to use.

It is often said "Knowledge is power" and this is exactly what Nimbus Maps gives you. Not only does it allow you to view maps and identify properties that may be ripe for development, but it also gives you such a rich tapestry of information such as if it is in a flood zone, Green belt area, if the building is listed, where has there been a request for planning. What information Nimbus doesn't provide, it gives you links to sites that can. You are taken directly to the planning portal and details of the property you have selected, you are taken to the estate agent website of the commercial property that is being sold or being able to purchase Title information from the Land Registry.

There are too many features to list in this review but suffice to say this product is built by people who know what information is needed by property developers to make informed decisions at an early stage.

After that detailed part A training, there were so many features I was yet to discovered. Enjoyed it very much.

Good so far saving time and effort but I'm not sure I've unlocked its potential yet.

Would have been better to go slower on the rough calculations, which while rough, did not fully follow till after the webinar.

Having used multiple map sites in the past I can certainly say Nimbus maps is absolutely the best one I have ever come across. The quality and performance of the site is 1st class for sure. Keep up the great work guys A1++++

Excellent instruction on a great piece of software

I've Zoom called with Joe the last couple days and I have found him to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I initially called regarding a plot of land which I wanted all the information on to be able to assess whether a potential land development could be achieved. Joe was then able to talk me through all the capabilities of the Nimbus system. I would highly recommend taking out the 2 week free trial and 30 minute demonstration.

Really good webinar and impressed

An excellent tool with great educational content. It is clear that this tool has been developed by and for property investors as it makes all of the resources necessary when finding sites easily accessible. Even those you didn't realised you needed! Paul's webinars where he walks through case studies using the tool has been a gold mine of information.

It is possible to manually get access to most of the information nimbus provides but in the time taken to gather information for one, I could have 50 on nimbus and in more detail.

Its is this workflow efficiency that for me will pay dividends in the long run.
